Located close to Newcastle and Gateshead with its fabulous shops, museums and stunning views of St Mary’s Lighthouse, Whitley Bay Holiday Park in the North East is a family favourite with amazing Park facilities and lively entertainment.

Kids will love splashing in the indoor pool or whizzing about in the outdoor play area. Spend full-filled evenings in the Lighthouse Showbar enjoying the glittering line up of Entertainment from cabaret and dance shows to fun family theme nights. There's so much to do and we hope our holidaymakers and owners enjoy your time here at your favourite Park time and time again!

Arrived back from a 3 day break, the park & caravan was lovely, very clean & tidy. The staff on site was great, really friendly. Whitley Bay was lovely, although not much to do if staying longer than the 3 days. We was surprised how inexpensive it was, we didn't find food/drinks too over priced. Would recommend trip to the lighthouse whilst there.

Stayed at Whitley bay caravan park, other than the weather , everything was perfect. Caravan was brand New, cosy and warm. Heating on when we arrived, beds made, superb!! Only criticism of this site, no indoor play area and bar prices are too high. Always get value for money with regards to accommodation....well done!

Its a nice place to stay.. Friendly staff, clean camp, lovely surrounding country with loads of places to visit. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great family holiday, they have everything you need to keep you entertained. Food was good and it's walking distance from the beach.

Nice park, very friendly staff but the facilities are in need of some updating. Our caravan was clean and tidy buy missing some little features (such as a clock and lamps) that would have made it feel more homley. Parking is a challenge on the site as not all caravans have a parking space next to them, so be prepared to have a bit of a walk from your car. There is a nice little arcade and outdoor play area on site and a small swimming pool which is free to use for General Swim.times but charges apply for themed activities such as "Aqua Toddlers" times. The bar does reasonable food (it is a little expensive but that is too be expected on a holiday site) and the large upstairs venue is great for the live acts and activities the site provides. There was some maintenance work being completed during our stay which hampered our enjoyment at times so before booking again I would check too see if this were still being completed. That said, the local area has plenty to do and I would revisit Whitley Bay Holiday Park if the price was right!
