Excellent food and would definitely eat here again. Although restaurant seating is separate from the bar area you can still get a lot of noise coming through if there are noisy people in the bar though.
Customer service was brilliant and not because it had to be but because the people seemed to really enjoy being there. We brought 2 kids and a dog and all 5 of us were well looked after. The kids' food and portion size were just right. The adults food was delicious too. Hope to return
I can only say woow We had sunday roastbeef and hunters chicken,the meat was very well cooked,juicy and so tasty Worth a visit,well done guys
Came here for dinner with my family. Ended up having a roast, which is probably the best tasting roast I've had out somewhere. Really enjoyed it and then had a slice of carrot cake. Family had fish and chips and a Caesar salad, well presented and also tasty. The cherry and amaretto sorbet and toffee pudding was absolutely divine! Will be back some time for sure, very relaxed atmosphere with good and fast service.
Pleasant pub. I booked our company Christmas meal after being reassured they could cater for Gluten free customers. The meals were ordered prior to the day, giving time to purchase gluten free food. At the meal my Festive meal came without pigs in blanket, stuffing or Yorkshire pudding. Just a few vegetables, roast potatoes and turkey. I asked why I didn't have these items, I was informed they didn't have any gluten free ones. Then given a plate containing the missing items but all contained GLUTEN. At the end of the meal mince pies were offered with tea and coffee. When asked if they had one I could have, again told no. No reduction was given. It takes little effort to purchase the items or to store a few in the freezer. The lack of provision demonstrates poor customer care.
Lunch with friends. Pork belly roast was awesome, veg ok, Yorkshire burnt! Service a lot to be improved. Value for money, ok.
Helpful staff, served straight away. Lots of outdoor seating to the side of the venue and a car park to the rear. Great little find. They do food but not between 3pm and 6pm We were there on a Friday when we were there so we didn't get to experience their food which was a shame but we would go back if we are in the area again.
A lovely friendly pub with plenty of space and a really good menu if your looking for food. They have a useful outdoor area and a really good car park with flat access for people with disabilities to most of the pub.
Nice pub but on a busy main road so not idyllic. Staff friendly enough, and service was fast.
Excellent lunch. Even though we hadn't booked and they were busy, they found us a table straight away. Food and drink very good. Will return soon. Highly recommended
