Ordered a takeaway last night for the first time from this restaurant,and so pleased that I did. Delivered nice and hot and food was delicious, for 8 people ,well worth the money, even the delivery driver was friendly. Recommend to anyone
Ordered on line for 8.30 finally arrived at 9 delivery driver lovely not his fault. Chicken sweetcorn soup tasteless. Other dishes nothing to write home about really disappointing not had a takeaway since August
Used this place for years and found it to be exceptional, however tonight was the worst Chinese I have ever tasted. Cold, overcooked & tasteless. Complained to the restaraunt and got a poor response. Will never order from here again.
The New Cobham Inn came recommended to me and we'd waited a while before using their service. We can only say as we've experienced...great and VERY easy to order online; wonderful delivery service our home IS NOT easy access and finding; good communicatiton; and tasty food with more than usual quality. THANK YOU to all at The New Cobham Inn.

My meal last night was the worst I've ever had from there, I ordered some pork balls they were so dry and horrible, I also got some minny vegetable spring rolls they were also not very nice, well overcooked and didn't taste of anything, also got some chips they tasted like they were reheated and not very nice. So overall I'm rather disappointed in my meal fell there going downhill, it's usually very nice but not lasts nights.
I order a takeaway from Cobham Inn Chinese restaurant. I gave it 5 stars first because the delivery was quite quick considering I live 10 miles away. Also not only was the quality of the food was fantastic there was loads of it. I highly recommend them my family goes no where else for Chinese meals
Our usual Chinese is closed and we found this one, states on the door that they are under new management. We ordered crispy chilli chicken and the same in beef, a chicken curry, Singapore fried rice, Singapore rice noodles and some salt and chilli chips. We waited around 30-40 minutes we collected. The food was lovely, really flavourful and definitely had a nice kick! We've ordered from here twice now as the food was so good. All round a good experience we will be ordering again
I ordered via the Just Eat App today at 16:30 before they were open, and asked for a delivery time of 18:00. I spent £40 on Mixed Starters for 2, Lamb Pancakes, Special Fried Rice, Garlic and Ginger King Prawns, Sweet and Sour King Prawns, placed the order and sat back. The restaurant acknowledged my order for a 18:00 delivery, took my money and I sat and decided to then read the reviews. So often these reviews are fake both ways, rants and false praise. The common theme appeared to be late deliveries, and tough meat. I nearly cancelled, but decided to give them a chance. The food arrived warm enough, we nuke takeaways anyway, so didnt really matter too much as long as not cold. It was however 18:20, 20 minutes late, when I rang the restuarant to check my order was ok, all they could tell me was it was on the sheet as out for delivery, I told them 18:30 and I would cancel and write an appropriate review, just as I got off the phone, the driver arrived, and while late I was happy. The food was great, plenty of it, very tasty, meat and prawns very well cooked, and TBH I will order from them again. Moral of the story, dont always believe what you read on review sites. Anything you put on Google is pretty much permanent and the reason why ranters use this method. Just Eat reviews can be pretty suspect, but give the local guys a chance, I do. They get 3 strikes, if my order is very late, incomplete or inedible, I will tell them on the phone, and write a non-rant review, but 3 strikes I'm never coming back, a few local restuarants no longer receive my orders.
