Good breakfast & beer, good start to any day
Becky was very helpful advising me of my vegetarian options! We all agreed in my party that service was efficient, prices were reasonable and food was very good!
Still a lovely pub, but no longer doing food in the evenings. I believe pub has now been sold. Still worth a visit, but strongly suggest phoning to check beforehand.
A nice quiet, "too quite", pub with an old style English feel. It's also been sold and will be shutdown soon. Like so many in this dying industry soon to be lost.
A great little gem of a pub. Warm welcome and atmosphere with great real ales and a cute beer garden, too, which is lovely to relax in during summer.
Excellent service and the food is very good. One is very welcome just like the old pubs used to be,. Certainly worth a visit

Closed for good. Landlord was humourless but staff excellent. Shame.
