Popped in here for a “quick” lunch on our travels. We managed to find a park up the road a bit for an hour. Unfortunately the parking expired before our lunches arrived. So I quickly dashed out to move the car, which meant I was away from the table for twenty minutes, during which time the meals arrived. Of course! A little tardy, yes. But I have to admit the meal was worth waiting for. I could tell you I just had a burger, but that would be understating it. It was a BURGER! In fact I’m salivating just thinking about it! Nice ambience inside, and a gorgeous looking building from the outside. Friendly, accommodating wait-staff.

Just got back from a great Mothers Day meal with my family. I booked only about a week ago for 10 of us and they were very helpful and squeezed us in. I called again a few days before and added another 2 people and they did it no problem. Excellent staff, food, service and prices. Will be going back for more meals and drinks in the future... Well done to the Crown and its crew and thank you

Used to go there all the time as a 20 and 30's 'kid'. It's still the same now though! Same smells and decor. Bear in mind I am nearing the big 50! Good selection of beers and friendly staff but very quiet for a Saturday night and looking very tired and dated. Not for me I'm afraid to say
It's a pretty nice place. We popped in there a few years ago, around 2015, and then more recently, and it seems to have picked itself up a bit as the high-street has improved over COVID. The staff were friendly and the toilets were clean.
My partner and I are returning customers we have been coming for a while now . I cannot fault them ...the roast dinners are fantastic the best in medway . The service is 5 star the drinks the food are all amazing . Thank you for a lovely meal .
Great pub and great food. Very accomodating staff. They show the rugby regularly too and have live music most Fridays
Great sports bar upstairs for watching the football & rugby, loads of screens & a pool table. Friendly staff, good selection of draught beers.
Prices are a bit high but that's a good thing as it keeps the riff raff out, they go to the pub up the other end of the High street. Good food
