Went for breakfast and it was okay. Half the breakfast was cold! I was so hungry I ate it anyways but not the cold food. Two of the orders were wrong. But was quickly resolved. The staff was friendly and understanding. Coffee's whatever you select on the machine they just tasted the same. Stuck to hot chocolate as it was half decent. Cheap breakfast so the quality was no surprise.
Good place to start yr night out, service v.good but mine & my friends steak & chips now served without peas, tom & a mushroom!! Extremely disappointed. Plus my other friends who ordered pizza's, the cheese & toppings came away from the base's when u cut or bit into them!! Not amused.
Have stayed here twice in the last couple of months. Definitely stay here again. The rooms are stylish and have everything you need. Staff are super friendly. No noise from the pub. Reasonably priced. Food and drink on hand. Will definitely stay here again.
The food was as expected. It's a 'spoons so I'm not expecting library-like silence but when most of the noise comes from the slamming door into the kitchen please fit a soft close, staff sorting cutlery and throwing it into the trays in the dining area do this in the kitchen? and what I can only assume was a competition to loudly throw bottles into something it was really annoying for a lunchtime visit.
Ordered the Mediterranean Salad which was missing most of the ingredients listed on the menu no butternut squash, no kale, no red pepper and no cherry tomatoes. Manager said they have no control over the quality of any of their food and didn't offer a replacement, alternative or refund. £7.40 for a small handful of salad leaves!
A nice big pub that was very busy when we were there. The staff were OK, but sadly some of the patrons were not. Anyway, the pub itself is lovely and is spread over a number of levels. There is quite a substantial beer garden out the back with its own entrance. The Guinness was excellent as was the Doom Bar
This Wetherspoon is on Rochester High Street,so the location is great. The price point is also very, very good. The service is just okay and the food quality too. The bottomless coffee and tea is a great idea. Food & drinks: Okay food
Went here for breakfast with my sisters and was not disappointed. Only little grumble was on the app it said hot chocolate was out of stock so I ordered a tea. You her yourself to the machine as its free refills and the hot chocolate was working, even had cream and chocolate sprinkles to the side to add on if wish too so don't always believe the app. We had the American breakfast with pancakes and egs benedit and they were delicious. It came quickly after ordering aswell. Staff all seemed happy. I would definitely go back.
I came here for breakfast with a friend. There isn't much natural light at the front of the pub so it is quite dark during the day. I had the eggs benedict which were great, especially the hollandaise sauce. We ordered using the app but both our drinks and food came really quickly. The hot drinks machine was busy but that's to be expected with free refills. Overall what you would expect from a Wetherspoons except a better than expected eggs benedict
Great for a drink and a social, food is extremely average if that's what you're after but all around cannot complain if you're there with the right crowdService: 4/5
