This is a really large supermarket with a spacious car park, making it very convenient to visit. It offers an excellent range of products, including fresh fruit and vegetables, groceries, clothing, household items, drinks, and much more. It’s a fantastic one-stop shop where you can find almost everything you need. The store is well stocked, making shopping easy and enjoyable.
Really convenient for me to drop by each time I visit Clapham Junction. I like the cafe area on the top, I often meet collaborators there to discuss health and wellbeing targets. It is the perfect vibe. And the staff are great.
I just wanted to share a big thank you to Abdul at Asda for such an amazing experience today.nnIt was my first time using the grocery collection service and I was completely confused, but Abdul was incredibly kind and patient. He took the time to guide me through everything step by step and made me feel comfortable.nnWhat really stood out was his attitude. Despite it being extremely busy and working in the heat, he stayed calm, friendly, and true to his word throughout. You could tell he genuinely cared about helping customers.nnPeople like Abdul make such a difference. I really hope his hard work is recognised—he absolutely deserves it. Thank you again for your kindness!
Today was positively the worst experience I have ever had in any store.nThe woman at the till was awful; she was slow, made mistakes did not know what to do, did not take responsibility for her mistakes made all of us wait excessively long and refused to call for assistance. The customer before was told to go to customer service to cancel two items as she did not know how to! The customer before that returned as he had been over charged by double scanning. And for me, she did not recognise or know how to scan to use my collected voucher / money off. She refused to call for help from a manager, she sat there arrogantly and told me to take my receipt and pay at customer service 6 people long queue because she did not want to highlight her lack of knowledge again - I refused and called another member of staff from the self service till who told me why it wasn't going through. He was good enough to come to my till and show her but he acted as if it was my fault and not hers. She should know. She was utterly awful. What should have taken no more than 8 minutes took nearly 30! When finally I paid I had to inform the manager at customer service how disgustingly she behaved and she told me that she had many complaints about her. People who cannot operate the tills should not be allowed to. I could have easily walked out of the store with the receipt she was offering me instead of paying at the customer service till - but some of us have integrity and she needed to humble herself and learn how to do the simple job of scanning and accepting payment.nPrior to this experience asda is pretty good. But going on this I would never recommend it EVER.nI only bother with reviews if my experiences are great or sooo bad that the employer / company should address the issues.nToday I experienced incompetence at its best.
Waited 30 mints for an order and it’s not ready went to staff and said i need to speak with Manager they said he is busy.. Won’t come again shit customer service
