I've never been to a more accommodating garage. All staff are friendly and helpful. There's an upstairs waiting area with a massive viewing window into the garage which was fun to watch the mechanics at work. There's free tea or coffee and juice and biscuits. Also there is access to two computers and free WiFi. Plenty of seating is available too. I'm giving only 3 stars due to there not being disabled access to the waiting area and negotiating a winding staircase is impossible for some. Also even though there is a toilet it was quite dirty but then what do you expect for a garage. And on another note the reading material is all in Japanese so bring your own magazine and books if that's your thing.

JEM have looked after my car for a few years now and I have found them to be an outstanding garage, always accomodating and courteous but more important the work is top notch and great value for money. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Their work is always excellent, their reception staff are always knowledgable and friendly. They are reasonably priced and have looked after our cars for over 13 years. I have recommended them to our friends who feel the same way - 6 stars if possible.

Great place to have your car serviced or repair. Would highly recommend. Friendly staff, very helpful and reliable.
