The two guys who run the service dept are excellent! They are courteous, friendly and efficient. I’ve even had a couple of borderline warranty claims which were dealt with by them in a very professional way. I’ll probably buy another Volvo from Lipscomb and it’ll be mainly because of the Service Dept.
Outstanding service throughout our search for, and purchase of our XC40, and subsequently with MOT, health check and servicing. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff. Immaculate workshop, showroom and customer facilities. Highly recommended.
Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish! Ordered our new car in March with the very helpful and friendly salesman Gary. We had regular emails to let us know what was happening with our order. When it was ready to collect the handover was done so quickly and professionally by Gary - would definitely recommend this main dealer

Amazing dealership, have been using for some 17 years now, I walk in and feel like part of the family, it is a shame that Shaun has moved over to their other branch but Mark & Adam are still going strong on the service front. Tony and the sales boys always have a deal on the table for us and it has got to the point that our children know half the team by name. Volvo's generally are a bit higher on the servicing front but the service from this dealership makes it worth the while. See you in a few weeks for a tower.
Lipscombe has serviced my Volvo Torslander annually since I bought it 25 years ago. It still gets well cared for attention by great mechanics, who also provide detailed feedback. I couldn't ask for more.
The staff at the location are friendly and genuine, the dealership facilities are excellent and services provided are first class and effective. The staff commit and sort matters out, they are what can only be described as complete contrast to central Volvo Uk and Central Volvo Customer service who are useless, stubborn, ineffective and rude. So I give the dealership and the service they provide 5*s, Volvo UK I give a big fat 0 maybe even -10 cause they are horrendous and that's an understatement Lipscomb I thank you for rescuing Volvo!
The service was thoroughly professional, with a video inspection report sent to me as I sat in the extremely comfortable customer waiting area using the wi-fi and enjoying a coffee. The staff were very well informed and I am very pleased with the condition the car was handed back to me. The person who cleaned it had a significant challenge and did an excellent job. The work was completed on time snd to budget. I will be a returning customer.
Lipscomb Volvo have serviced our Volvo cars since 2001 entirely to our satisfaction. When we bought a replacement Volvo V40 second hand last year the process was smooth and the sales personnel were very helpful and efficient
Just had the first annual service on my Volvo XC60 completed at Lipscomb Volvo Canterbury. Excellent customer service from the service receptionist Mark, loan car was provided and my car was ready in 3 hrs and had been washed before collection. Great job!
