I would be very weary about ordering anything from their delivery option online. I ordered a battery to be delivered at 10:30am yesterday, it was “out for delivery” at 11am, didn’t receive it by 4pm so I called for an update and was told “it will be out soon”, I waited at home for it and it literally never came. If you can’t deliver items why are you even offering it?
I don't know they treat me good I've been going here for 4 years they always call me when my stuff is in they always have what I want in stock and there smart! There quick when grabbing you a part and explain everything in detail some people can take that as talking down to them note I'd rather have the knowledge of knowing I'm doing the wrong or right thing! Great store.
Desk clerk named Jerry was extreamly rude and condescending and when I asked for routers for my vehicle he was unhelpful in finding the parts I need. Extreamly unprofessional and unpleasant. Will not be back.
Would normally be a 5 star but their new inventory program was missing my engine,??? Even the rep chuckled as did I, we got the right filter.
Found a paper I needed on the napa website, was in stock at this location. Went to pick it up and they couldn't find it in the system, but was told what parts they do have similar to the part. So I went back online and ordered it form the same store for delivery, had the part delivered to my house 30 minutes later. The part they couldn't find and didn't have, was delivered to my house from the same store. So I had to pay a $10 delivery fee and wasn't able to use my employee discount. The part I purchased was over $1000, the money I could have saved was significant. Thanks for nothing. This experience doesn't deserve one star. 0/5 stars, would not recommend.
I utilize this NAPA for my Kal-Tire location and have absolutely amazing service from this team. Especially Travis on the phones! He always greets you with enthusiasm and cares about the customers! THANK YOU!
Good atmosphere, fair prices, but customer service is bla. Went in for brake pads, Gerry was very bla and seemed to hate being there. Had to keep repeating the car I had as he wasn't actually listening. And then he didn't even hand me the product, I had to reach behind the plastic barrier and take it myself. Customer service should be more of a focus, don't ruin my day because you aren't happy
This place has come in clutch for me several times over the last few days. Last week I got a CEL and through the whole process the staff have been super helpful helping me find those confusing euro parts. Today Travis pull a miracle and tracked down a part for my car, that isn't listed for my car, yet my car has it. This part is listed for an assortment of other models withing the BMW family, but not mine, he found it, through my terrible explanations and pictures. Great service.. thanks Travis. Unfortunately the girl that was on shift with him at the same time, I would not say she was good. Her phone candor and demeanor was not at all professional. She was very condescending to a customer call as I was standing there. Napa - Hire more people like Travis.
buddy’s are always busy and sometimes will talk to you like you are stupid and know nothing overall greats place to buy parts from if you ignore hey bye thanks
Travis and Evan have stellar service!! Very satisfied with the help I receive every time I come in. Definitely recommend dealing with these two if you can, super friendly and knowledgeable!
