I can not speak highly enough of East Kent Audi, especially the sales executive Laura. From the moment I walked in to the showroom to the minute I left with my car, she went above and beyond to make sure I got the car I wanted and was always kept in contact letting me know where my car was and if I had any questions with weekly emails. 

I want to thank Claire and especially Laura for their excellent service. I am over the moon with my car and couldn't be happier. Am definitely recommending you to everyone looking for a new/ used car

I was very particular about my requirements on my new Audi. Jo Forster at Canterbury  was very helpful, professional and easy to talk with. Nothing seemed too much trouble and was able to help me purchase my dream car on my budget. I feel very confident I will receive the same professional after care service.

We recently bought a 3 year old used Audi A1 from East Kent Audi. The sales staff were very helpful and personable and dealt with our changes of mind helpfully and came up with the car that suited me at a price which I felt comfortable with. The car I finally chose was bought 'unseen' from their web-based data  on the recommendation of the sales assistant, Joe Forster,  but when it arrived I was more than satisfied with the condition that it was in with both the bodywork and interior in immaculate clean condition. Thank you for making what was a very expensive purchase as stress free as possible

Hi, 

I was in need of a slightly bigger and more reliable car for the new job I had got. My first thought was to go to Audi as I know that they are reliable cars unfortunately I cannot say the same about the garage or its staff. 

I have had the worst experience with East Kent Audi and would not recommend this garage to my worst enemy. From the moment I had stepped onto the forecourt there were your typical pushy salesmen/saleswomen and the one that had approached me was new however, I could give consideration to this as everybody has to start somewhere. When sitting down to do the figures, I had to show the salesman how to use the system that the was meant to be trained in considering I have never had to use the system myself, indicating that it was self explanatory. 

The sales staff wanted to offer me less than half my current car's value which bearing in mind, I had only had the car just over a year and was in mint condition. When I had mentioned to the sales manager that I was not willing to accept the offer of half my car's value I then said I would go elsewhere and her attitude became very bitter, negative and unprofessional towards myself. 

The sales staff were clearly after a sale, and were desperate for customers. They then contacted me and had reported that they would approach me differently and provide myself with a better service however, I sadly cannot say that they kept their word. I was given another sales man who was pushier than the previous sales man. He had found me a car which was a part exchange that had been brought in that morning which was a very nice car. They had offered me a new price for my car, I then agreed to part exchange and go ahead with the agreement. The salesman again being typical sales man he had harassed me for days asking for me to do the things I needed my side of things, I had informed the sales staff that I was unable to respond to their calls, emails and work late due to the nature of my job and the sales staff did not take this into consideration. I had travelled from London to visit the garage to get the documents signed and sorted and the salesman had told me to wait and leave it until a later date which then he harassed me again asking for me to get it all done my side by a specific date. 

I then again the following weekend had travelled from London again and despite signing the documents and sending via email, he then printed off the documents and made me sign them again. Wasting my time, and petrol to sign possible 'the same' documents again. 

To this date they had not explained thoroughly the agreement and I have now found out that I have a balloon HP despite asking for a HP, which means I have a sum to pay at the end of my agreement to own the car. The staff had indicated that the agreement was a HP and not a balloon as that was not what I requested, I had purchased the car nearly a month ago and still haven't received my car registration document and I have contacted them via email and still awaiting a response.

I WOULD NOT recommend this garage to ANYONE!!!! I cannot speak for other Audi Garages but this garage is not up to standards, I have never received such poor service. If I could post this without inputting what star I rate, I would put 0 they do not even deserve one star rating.

The trip down to Kent was long but it was well worth the time taken. The staff at East Kent Audi were first class and very welcoming. The admin process for the purchase was very efficient and stress free. Lastly the A7 was just perfect and very happy indeed.
