Fabulous served from Mark and his team. Nothing was too much trouble. Service was done much quicker that expected and they cleaned the car too! She was sparkling! Very friendly staff, all happy to chat whilst I was waiting and even managed to work for a couple of hours from their very comfortable work stations.
Having bought 6 Volvos and one other cars from Lipscomb over the past 20 years or so, there is an important reason I keep going back to them. And it's not just that they are the local Volvo dealer. the sales staff are first rate, very friendly and extremely helpful. The service department I have used since Lipscomb first came to Canterbury they are always very helpful and no problem is too big for them to sort out, the new facilities have improved both the car buying and service experience, that is if they needed improving as I have always found them first class.
Volvo never cease to amaze me their expert top quality staff make it a pleasure to have my car serviced. The facilities are like a show home with free refreshments comfy seating and spacious work space to catch up on emails etc. Fast WiFi all free whilst you wait. Up yo date regular info on when my car will be ready. If I'm being truly honest I can't wait for my car to need another service :
Very impressed with the customers service in general and Mark in particular. I foreigner came in with brake issues, in urgent need of replacement. They were very attentive and even with the full schedule in the shop they were able to get me sorted and on my way in a matter of hours.
Once again an excellent overall high quality service. Booking easy,car collect value for money as far as time and convenience concerned. The actual service was completed on time including discovering two faulty tyres and replacing, after tracking corrected. 4+ year old car returned nearly as good as new. All staff involved including reception, finance and service staff friendly,knowledgeable efficient and helpful. Of course, there is always a price to pay for having the car maintained by the experts regularly but in the end it is reassuring as far as driving a volvo is concerned.
Excellent experience and very happy with my purchase. Sunil was especially knowledgeable and at no point did I feel pressured. The aftercare has been great too. Highly recommended and will always be coming here when I or family members need a new car.

I have been getting my car serviced by Canterbury Lipscomb for years now. They always remember me and have a chat, they also remember the car and what might need looking at since the last service. Mike, Mark and Adam are a great bunch and genuinely seem to put customer service front and centre with a smile and a chat every time.
We are based in the Netherlands and during a trip in UK, heading towards Canterbury, we had a sudden leak in the cooling system of our V70. After that AA service fixed temporarily the problem, we drove to Volvo Lipscomb for a permanent resolution. Once arrived there early morning, we were welcomed by their personnel who understood our emergency, immediately jumped on the problem and made an accurate diagnosis of it. Fixing the problem involved ordering parts which were not in stock and that could have seriously threatened our travelling schedule. Nevertheless, they managed to get the parts in a short time and permanently fix the problem by early afternoon. We received an excellent service, but in addition, we had full support from everyone there in making our forced staying as pleasing as possible. We were warmly hosted in their saloon facilities and we even got taxi arranged for us so we could spend the time for staying downtown in Canterbury. I would like to commend the Volvo Lipscomb personnel without reservations and I wish anybody could meet with such a service in case of need. Thank you Volvo Lipscomb!
