My partner and I bought a second hand car here a few months ago and couldn’t be happier. From beginning to end they did what they promised to do. The salesman was helpful and wasn’t pushy. They serviced the vehicle and had it ready on time. Most importantly, the car is great and we haven’t had any issues with it.

Arranged a test drive for a car on the Monday at the Canterbury branch when I was out looking at cars, the car was not at the Canterbury branch and the salesman Mike took my details as he was not sure if the car was available but would arrange for it to be there on Thursday, he could not contact the branch where it was kept and said he would call me if it was not available. I turned up on Thursday for the test drive sought Mike out explained who I was and reason for being there and you could see the colour drain from his face as he stumbled over himself in obvious discomfort and proceeded to go out the back to see if the car was available, it was patently obvious that it wasn't and he hadn't done as promised and I had wasted an hour's round trip. Fair to say I was not very happy and turned and walked out consequently i would not buy a car from here and will let others know of my experience, as the saying goes you only get one chance to make a first impression and Mike had blown it.

Amazing service!! Brad always keeps me informed of any updates on my car. I always feel confident that they will get me back on the road and complete any work needed to the best of their ability and for the best price possible.
