Barretts Jaguar Canterbury set the bar across the board for a perfect customer experience. From the moment I reached out with a brief inquiry a year ago, Gavin was responsive, extremely knowledgeable, not only about the vehicle itself, but in walking me through the entire process. It could not have been more seamless and made the process very pleasant. Their attention to detail and my satisfaction was unparalleled- going above and beyond in every aspect!  So a year on it was the first time I have used Barretts Jaguar for a service and MOT and I was surprised by the experience.Thanks Jamie, I have recently experienced some very very poor customer service from another jaguar dealership who i had used for 20+ years, their extremely poor attitude and customer service skills made me look elsewhere for future servicing. My trip to Barretts Canterbury was perfect, fairly priced and honest, from the coffee on arrival to the efficient service and on time collection. I will definitely use Barretts again.

I bought my I-Pace online and arranged for it to be transported to me, so I didn't have the pleasure of meeting Barrett's staff.  Nevertheless, everything was handled professionally and, as Barretts chose this ex-Jaguar management car to sell, I have to say they chose well.  The car is great in every way - colour, specification, condition - everything.  I love it.  This isn't my first I-Pace, but it's certainly the best.  Thank you Barretts of Canterbury.

Just bought an XF, and I was really impressed by the service. We dealt with Martin Firrell who was really passionate, knowledgeable and made us feel welcome. A true professional. The whole process was fast, explained step by step and made easy. Of course we were excited about the car but the whole purchasing experience was the cherry  on the cake. Thanks Martin it’s been a pleasure for the whole family.

Just purchased myself an E-Pace from this dealership.  Can't thank them enough, especially Harry Wilkinson.  Who was my sales advisor.  Absolute gent. Handover was the best experience I've had! Even had some free gifts and half a tank of fuel, which was just enough to get me home.  By far the best Jaguar dealership  I've bought a car from! Would definitely buy from this dealership again! 10/10

Service Department have just kept up the very high, professional standards set by the Barretts Sales team when I bought my car a little while back. Good quality courtesy car for use while mine was in. Makes the 50+ miles each way seem like no fuss.

Not possible to get any information over the phone regarding technical queries. I had a simple question about power steering fluid levels but was told that they can not help me. I was also asked why I wanted to check power steering fluid levels. I also previously wanted some advice on a Land Rover crankshaft problem but they were not able to discuss it. So I contacted another JLR dealership. They emailed back immediately answering both questions. Barretts need to up their game with access to technical advice. They need to realise that the  'customer experience center' ar JLR head office won't give out any technical  advice apart from reading the ownwers manual to you so they are the only technical point of contact.
