My wife and I came to look, and we ended up buying our dream motor home. Elliot was excellent and was very helpful. We gave him our wish list and he ticked every box. No question was too much and his knowledge of the products was top notch. Dawn was fantastic at the handover, explaining every aspect of our new purchase. Excellent customer service and thanks to Jon too. An all round team effort and I would highly recommend Choose Leisure.
Message: One very happy customer: My initial reason for going to Choose Leisure was in search of work. Whilst there I took a look at some of the motorhomes. A lovely guy called Elliot came and asked me if he could help at all. To cut a long story short I purchased a beautiful like new Auto Sleeper motor home the same day. The collection day was set for about a fortnight. During that fortnight my motor home was serviced even though it has only 5600 miles on the clock. The rest of the vehicle was also checked and serviced. The windscreen replaced even though it only had a tiny stone chip. There had been a small scratch on the front bumper . This was fully repaired too. I have nothing but praise and gratitude to the lovely guys and girls who make up the team at Choose Leisure. My dealings with most of them were minor, but each and every one of them were professional, friendly and a real pleasure to deal with. The two people who I dealt with the most were Elliot, the guy who sold me the motor home and Dawn who did my 2 hour handover. Elliot was extremely helpful from minute one to completion driving off in my new motor home. Thank you Elliot. You made parting with my hard earned cash a very easy and enjoyable experience. As for Dawn , I was blown away by her encyclopedic knowledge of my motor home. Not only was Dawn extremely knowledgeable, she was also very personable and a clear and concise communicator. I know so much more about motor homes now because of Elliot and Dawn. Another compliment goes to the team of people who worked to get my motor home in such tip top condition. Thanks Guys. Final compliment is for a machine, not a person. The coffee machine makes a beautiful cup of mocha and a smashing americano. I would highly recommend this business to anybody who is considering owning one of these amazing vehicles. They made me so welcome and nothing was too much trouble. 10 out of 10

Elliott was very god to deal with. He was careful to ensure we were happy and did not push us. He is positive, helpful and has a great sense of humour. We had a comprehensive handover with Dawn - more than 2 hours. She was helpful and patient with all our questions. Many thanks to the CL team: Elliott, Dawn and sales manager Mark. What a fantastic experience it has been purchasing a motor home through Choose Leisure. We have never received this level of excellent customer service and care in any purchase we have ever made. Yesterday we picked up our brand new Hillside Birchover. We were originally looking at used campers but the new Hillside took our fancy! Jonathan did an amazing job showing us around all the campervans and explained all the features and gizmos. From viewing to collecting the process was faultless. Jason completed the sale yesterday and also did a great job. Mark took us through the camper and completed the handover and did an amazing job. I would definitely recommend Choose Leisure for your next motorhome or camper. Cheers guys!
Visited Choose Leisure to view and dealt with by Elliot who was very helpful and not too pushy which was nice.Returned a while later and again saw Elliot and this time with his help we part exchanged and bought. Service and attention was excellent. Subsequently received a great handover from Dawn and a very professional completion of the procedure from Carla. The business appears to have a very friendly,efficient, and happy vibe.All in all a good experience
Recently purchased a vehicle from choose leisure. we were dealt with by James, Elliot and Dawn. All very helpful and informative, and would like to thank them all for their time and experience in helping us with our purchase. was a little miffed that when arriving home the vehicle had no gas bottles the lack of gas bottles was not mentioned, although the vehicle was gassed up when we went to view it but otherwise an all round good experience.
Having agreed the deal for our motorhome at the NEC show, 2 weeks later we found ourselves travelling down to Kent to collect it! We received a warm welcome form the start and had a thorough handover from Dawn who didn’t leave anything out! Some lovely surprises along the way with some very practical and welcome gifts. The bottle of champagne topped it off and we drove away very happy campers. Friendly, knowledgeable service from start to finish.
