I recently took my Land Rover Discovery to Barretts service in Canterbury.
There was a noise coming from the exhaust . I found the staff friendly and professional and they fixed the problem quickly. Great customer service, Thanks Andy. Well done!

Having had a breakdown due to a EGR valve, Land Rover Assistance followed me over to Barretts for a repair.  My experience with Customer Services was excellent from beginning to end, nothing was too much trouble, hassle free and no queries and having organised a loan car, I was able to carry on with my business as normal.  Once again my extended 3 year warranty saved the day.  Barretts service staff are certainly a credit to Land Rover, in fact Chris, Rebecca and Rachel who work in the Service Department were polite and considerate in all aspects.  I would like to express my thanks to Barretts and their staff, for what can only be described as a first class treatment and service, and would certainly recommend not just their cars, but also their employees.  Not forgetting that superb  3 year extended warranty cover.  Many thanks to all concerned, keep up the excellent work.

Really have to have money to play with here. Good stock selling some of the best vehicles in the world. Good old Land Rover.

Very poor customer service. Was hungry to purchase at the time when we was in the show room. Sales man 'Phil' didn't bother to call back to arrange the test drive we was looking forward to or to follow anything up. Won't be using this Land Rover dealership as need a reliable salesman.
Ended up purchasing else where as obviously this place can't be bothered to get new customers, and later popped into this garage to let Phil know we bought elsewhere as a result of his poor salesmanship - his attitude once again was arragant - so our instincts were right.

You can see from other comments they don't bother. Their attitude is appalling. I see no one from Landrover has commented on this for further information on what happened!!! I rest my case !
