First Motorhome and i have to say, very well looked after by Choose Leisure. From the moment i met Elliot, he explained everything, didn't hassle me for a sale but was always on hand to answer any questions. On handover day today Dawn went through everything thoroughly and was happy to repeat anything so i could record for future reference. Then finally today, Jack stepped up to complete paperwork as was Elliots day off. Everyone has been extremely helpful, friendly and reassuring. Now down to some happy camping - thanks guys
We are motorhome newbies and this was a significant purchase for us and we had some specific requirements. We also wanted to buy from trusted experts with a positive reputation and good support and processes. The team at Choose Leisure were fantastic. Dan, Jack and Mark gave us so much time and expertise. We were able to look at the motorhomes ourselves with help when needed. We weren’t rushed or pressured. There was a lot of quality stock and we were able to spend time as much time as we wanted browsing. Once we decided to purchase we had reassuring service from the finance team, who immediately informed us by phone when a test payment and final payment had been made. At the two hour handover, Mark was so knowledgeable and a motorhome user himself which helped. His handover was so comprehensive and easy to understand we drove immediately to a Kent campsite and set up without any issues. Since purchasing in October, we’ve had three trips away in appalling weather and had great fun in our dry and toasty motorhome without any issues. What more could you ask for. Choose Leisure made the first part of our journey as motorhome adventurers, enjoyable and exciting. Thank you all. Brilliant service".
I recently traded in my car and motorhome for a nearly new VW camper. My friendly and knowledgable salesman, Jack, offered competitive trade-in prices for both vehicles and my camper was ready for collection within a week. Everyone at Choose Leisure proved to very helpful and professional, from reception and sales through to the comprehensive handover by James. If you're in the market for a new or used camper or motorhome, Choose Leisure are definitely worth a visit.
We just bought our dream Motorhome from Choose Leisure. This company is fantastic to do business with. They never pressure you in your purchase, when you need help it's there, if you need space you get it. Message: Thank you all, particularly Elliot and Dawn for a very positive experience, selling our old motor home and buying our new Laika 645. Elliot is very calm and not pushy. He tries to look at the situation from the customers view point, helping to get the right fit. He put us at ease. So helpful when spending large amounts! When we collected our Laika, the wonderful Dawn patiently explained all the technical aspects, sometimes twice, with patience and humour, what an asset she is. We have experienced service and repair in the past with choose leisure and have been very impressed. We have had bad service and repair at another dealer so it was this helpful aspect of choose leisure that gave us the confidence to buy our new Laika from them. It has been an excellent experience all round so far, looking forward to smooth aftercare. Thank you BG
We collected our Auto-Sleeper yesterday and we were very impressed with the service received. Once all the formalities were done by our salesperson Elliot we were handed over to Dawn who went through all the features both inside and out, allowing us to get a good idea of how everything worked. We would recommend other prospective buyers to visit Choose Leisure.
Recently bought a motorhome from Choose Leisure. Excellent service from start to finish. We were not badgered or pushed while we were looking around the motorhomes and when we did select the one we were interested in Jack had the perfect measure of informative without us feeling any form of pressure to buy. Nothing was a surprise throughout the whole process and Dawn's thorough handover and endless patience with my repeated questions was very much appreciated. Well done team. Would highly recommend.

Visited here to browse at motorhomes, knowing nothing about them except that I will be investing in one later in the year. The number available was impressive and gave me a really good idea as to what I might buy. The staff were friendly, informative and not at all pushy. I learned a lot from Jack about the different motorhomes available and which one might best be suited to my needs. All those on display were open to view at your leisure, which made it so easy to get a feel for what may be the right home. Will definitely be returning when I am ready to purchase.
