Great service and prices compared to other firms. You have to remember that the dispatcher has no control over the traffic. It takes an average of ten minutes from call to taxi arriving. It also helps if the customer gives them the correct destination,so they can see where all there cars are. Remember guys they're not flying helicopters so you will have to wait. All firms have a wait. Some cars travel miles to get you.

Driver 1051 just got out of his car to check something at a junction at penny lane when I passed and was let in by a driver already on the road I was joining, the taxi driver tried to force his way in front of me, I carried on and sounded my horn but I guess he did nt hear it or see me while I was right in front of his car, still tried to drive into my new car. And the manager I spoke to did nt seem to care either. Not long lost a brand new car to another stupid driver, don’t need stupid ass taxi drivers on the road either thinking they own it or driving in a dangerous manner. Professional driver my backside. Not to say all taxi drivers are bad but the idiot ones need to be pushed out by the others as it gives them a generally bad name.

Disgusting company to work for as Driver . Don't care about customer either asking driver to drop everything in office if they leave anything when I asked them I will drop it for free they said no it's not company policy. Worked for 3 weeks now I know reason for this company brink of collapse. Avoid this company to work as Driver believe me don't get into half settle trap you be regretting this. Very rude operator. Try Alpha.Delta they are bigger better for both customer and driver.

Your taxi driver in a grey Skoda with the taxi licence 1276 is a disgrace. Parked up on lark lane I was sat in the pub and watched him open his door and throw out his plastic bottle onto the road. My friend went and picked it up and told him to put it in a bin and he just threw it back onto the road. I will never use your firm after this and recommend nobody else do either.

Don't waste your time with this firm.Rang for a taxi told I'd have to wait one and a half hours.Rude receptionist.
