lovely staff, and chatty drivers. used this company a few times and never had a problem with them.

Extremely rude. Allegedly taxi arrived but was not informed they don't do a ring back. And with no contact from firm to advise taxi outside, I was rudely told I should have been looking outside for the taxi.

No show and when eventually contacted to enquire where the taxi was told had been and gone. Would be another 30 minutes. Hadn't been as waited outside as was told 5 minutes.

Absolutely shameful attitude from operator after lengthy no show, when driver was supposed to have turned up, nowhere to be seen and with no effort made to collect passenger. Basically accused of lying, after mother in poor health waited outside in cold for ages, eventually returning freezing, with bad chest pains, due to distress of uncomfortable wait and awareness of disgraceful operator attitude. 

Family have previously used this service for over 30 years, with recent major reliance after family death, but will definitely look elsewhere in future.

Avoid if you need to get to an appointment, advance booking is a waste of time and when you call to ask where the car is the switch is totally unapologetic and unhelpful.The driver was.okay tho'.
