Ordered 2 taxis from Britannia at 11:15, neither of which turned up. Called office to be told we’d be sent next one in line. That didn’t come. Called again and told one on its way from less than 10 mins away. That didn’t come either. Totally unreliable, will never use again!

Ordered a taxi this morning, waited around 10 mins...guy arrived, taxi stunk and was a mess inside. Advised my location (which is apparently out of the area) even though it’s about 20 mins away. He got out the car, then came back to advise he has a flat tyre...coincidentally!!! So I went back inside my house, rang up the office to order another one... 5 mins later...another one called who was lost, has to direct him to my house 🙄 I got in, told him my destination and he also REFUSED to take me, said it will be too busy and he would rather take on local jobs. I think they need to realise exactly what they do...your a TAXI SERVICE!!!! So have a word with you drivers and remind them people get taxis to go to work and to clean their vehicles!!!

Never again. Booked for 8:40 pick up. Finally turned up at 9:02 with not even an apology after being left in the freezing cold. I literally could have walked to my destination quicker.

Pre-booked a taxi and it still arrives 7 mins late. The driver said he was only given the job at the time I'd booked it for!

Phoned and ordered a taxi at 14:40 for a pick up at 17:30 - "no problems at all" I was told. The cab never arrived and when I called them at 17:45 I was told no one had accepted the job and there were no drivers available. As I needed to get my train home to London, I phoned Abba Cars (all the 4's) and they arrived immediately.
