Phoned head office to enquire about dog friendly taxis and was told they offer this service and to just put a note on the app when ordering a taxi. 30 minutes later and 4 cancellations from various drivers, I gave up. Why claim to be a dog friendly taxi service if you’re not? Ps we’re talking about a minuscule chihuahua here. Nice one, dogs are crying now.
Great service, arrived within minutes of our call. Lost a star due to taxi driver following satnav instead of listening to our directions which would have got us to our destination quicker and without trying to turn down the wrong way one way or blocked off streets.
1st time with this company. Driver took 20 minutes to get to us instead of the 10 they said. Then took us nearly to aintree when the place needed to go to was only 10 minutes down the road. Wont use again.
Taxi driver couldn't speak English.nHe was at wrong collection point I was trying to explain I was down the road at the other pub.nnThe idiot didn't understand and drove off then I was told by the operator I could wait for another taxi it would be within the hour.nn1st and last time I use this company.nnDELT much more professional service
Booked my first ride with them over the phone and it was great. Driver came promptly and the operator was helpful in explaining the charges breakdown. So, if they drop you off outside John Lenin Airport, the charges are about £18 and if the driver takes you inside airport and drops you off near departures/arrivals , they will charge you about £22 -£24.
