Wouldn’t even rate it one star! Asked for the price of the taxi before booking, once in the taxi the driver took us a completely different way then we asked costing us over £60 and not the £42 we was quoted. When we asked the driver about this he got aggressive, shouting at us, telling us we are stupid for believeing the price we was told and that he hates people like us, wouldn’t use this company again especially as we told the driver we had been quoted £40 when we got in the car. Safe to say I felt threatened to be alone with him when my friends got dropped off, I feel sorry for anyone who has this driver because the horrible person and he’s attitude ain’t worth the ride home.

We were very impressed with this company, used it for the first time yesterday 4 times in one day as was viewing a few nursing homes with my mum who is in a wheelchair, we didnt wait long and taxi drivers were friendly and very helpful which made it easier for us to travel. Thank you and would highly recommend

Awful service. Had to call 3 times. Each time they said the car had not yet been dispatched but that they would sort it out. My dad had to be hoisted into a wheelchair and wait an hour for us to eventually be told they were really busy because of the match. If told straight away, we could have tried another company and my dad would not have suffered.

PLEASE DON'T USE.Booked a taxi 2 hours in advance of when needed to ensure I caught my train, 30mins after he was due he finally turned up to find me getting in another taxi, which kindly offered to take me realising my situation.Shouted abuse at me on the street, totally unapologetic. Fuming!!
