Booked 3 taxis for group on Wednesday for Saturday night, had email confirmation then none turn up. When phoned they say we hadn’t booked, was then told they can’t guarantee any taxi !!!! Fair doos they sent taxis quick then. Booked 4 taxis to go home later in the evening, phone to double check and was told all ok...1 turned up ! Shocking do not use 😡

Booked a taxi for when we got off the train. Said it would be there. It was snowing and freezing cold and they had rang to say it was there but it wasn’t. Rang them up said he had left for another job and sent another. Same thing happened again and didn’t show. We were that cold we decided to walk home rather than wait as we would freeze.

Utterly terrible . The phone staff come off as rude chavs . Had a women on the phone shouting at me for asking what time roughly a cab would be out. Dont order from here they are a joke god forbid you need to make an apointment ordered over an hour before i needed to leave and they still didnt show up in time. And you cant book either as they simply didnt show up the last time i booked. Send your staff to customer service training please.

I ordered a taxi at 2.16 today, Satelite said it would be 5 minutes. I waited for 3/4 of an hour, I phoned several times and the recording repeatedly said the car was 4 minutes away. I spoke to the office staff (in pleasant tones), they just hung up on me. After that they didn't even answer my calls. (After reading the other reviewers, that is obviously normal practice). I was 1/2 an hour late for a funeral. I called another cab at 3pm and they recommended I phoned Argyle Taxi. They arrived toot-sweet and they have a great car tracking system that shows you exactly were the car is on Google maps. Totally accurate and because of it they cannot just not turn up or tell you they are coming when they are not!
