Fantastic service on the phone, very helpful and friendly.  Efficient with notifications of when your taxi has been dispatched.  Keep up the good work, refreshing change to deal with such nice people.

Actually got kicked off at by the taxi driver for HIS mistake. At least cozey cars bothered to send a taxi that showed up this time so that's why they even get a 1 star. Would not recommend to anyone

Nothing to like. Not even worth one star! Awful service and extremely unpunctual. Very unsympathetic and rude towards the customer. Do not spend your hard earned money on this company!

Awful, train delayed 3 minutes and had no service to contact - taxi left and had an important interview. Rang the company and man on the phone sarcastic and rude - what a shambles

the phone staff had no idea where hapsford was, so they hung up on me and acting sarcastic towards me, never using cozey cars and would never recommend it to a friend.
