Used this company to take three people,  at two addresses,  to Bromborough. Taxi arrived exactly on time,  driver was polite and pleasant. Very impressed.

Brilliant taxi company, very efficient and turn up within a few minutes of calling. They also let you know via text or call  when they have arrived outside. Their prices are also very reasonable. I've being using this company for a while now and highly recommend them. The drivers are always super nice and make friendly conversation, which I think creates a more pleasant journey.

Abysmal! Poor communication and no service.....

Left a disabled person waiting due to being ‘busy ‘ on a Saturday .

The door was open and they knew people were coming. Disgrace.

If I could leave no stars.. I WOULD! I recently started a new job and I require a taxi due to suffering with a heart condition that renders me disabled. I had been fine with the taxi company but waiting times were sometimes an issue as I needed to be in work for a certain time, but of course I understand they can get busy. This particular evening I needed to get home in a rush and was told it would be a 10 to 20 minutes waiting time. I said “okay, can I book with you and if my other taxi arrives I will cancel ASAP” the lady on the other end said thats fine. The other company I used dont have callback so I couldn’t see an ETA, it wasnt until the taxi arrived was I able to cancel. So I went to call back straight away and had just received a text saying it had only just been dispatched. Until that point I had no clue that the driver was even on his way! I called and before I could explain the nicey nicey helpful lady turns into viper of a women snapped back “OH you wait till now to cancel, 12 minutes later ay!?” Bear in mind I had recieved no text at this point. Just one dispatch message as soon as the other bloody taxi pulled up! So like I said before I can explain anything she shouts “dont you ever call us again or use us”. What makes me laugh is the guy I was in the taxi with from Bromborough cabs said this girl Rachel was sacked for the same issue with Bromborough taxis, for being a horrible nasty little bi.... dont worry hun. Il be making a complaint.
