Good and friendly service, Kam is a fun guy to deal with, but strictly in terms of the car, the experience has been massively disappointing, and you would probably get more service at CarGiant.

- The car was delivered about 2 hours late, due to traffic, but it managed to kill the entire new car buzz and fun, by logistically messing up the entire evening of work commitments and meetings. 
- The car had issues all over, some quite significant, some features weren't working at all etc. Everything was fixed under warranty for free, but it took weeks of back and forth and taking the car to service myself, constantly waiting and constantly on the edge. Glad it was free, but having just dropped a small fortune on a car, you would expect they would at least have it serviced. They offered me the opportunity to return the car, which in hindsight I should have done.
- Owning a car from them has been a visit to the service every 3 weeks, extremely painful, the car simply was not in any good condition. It may be poor manufacturing, but the car was definitely driven very very hard before landing in my parking lot.
- The follow up on their part is friendly, but it's really hard to get them to do stuff, and it always takes a lot of effort.
- I decided to keep the car, because I was promised a 1 year full warranty extension, which of course I never got, and I am still chasing them for, months and months after the fact. The alloy wheel refurbishments included in this product they offered "for free" are another bit of fiction, they say you will be booked in and so on, but nothing will ever happen for you waiting on them do get anything done.
- At the time, I happened to buy the most expensive car on their parking lot, and paid a higher than average price for the model I bought as I wanted the specific combination of spec and assumed the quality service that comes with the territory. The experience I got all things considered is really bad, I can only imagine how they would deal with a less lucrative deal. 

Overall fun guys to deal with and friendly, but actually managing your experience buying a high end vehicle could be done about a million times better, wait times are way too long and the follow up is often quite poor.

I would steer well clear, if you're in a hyper busy schedule and you need things done fast and efficiently, even if you're willing to pay for it, this isn't the place where that level of service is found.

The owner is a shameless man sitting in a beautiful town like London and ripping people off their money. Bought a vehicle from them and the guy stole our VAT money initially saying he would refund it then going around saying he will charge 10% to refund it. 
Will highly recommend everyone to avoid

Bought a car from here and let me assure you that I’d rather go next time get myself a car from scrapyard then go to this place.

I’m not really a review person but have to mention that this guy Kam is the biggest crook I have come across in my life. They made me drive to london four times in a month and literally robbed me.
