I had an Amazing experience from Mercedes Colindale. Chris made my experience very smooth and was very professional from start to finish. He took his time to find the right car that matched my budget and specifications. He’s very professional and has great customer service and was very patient even though I had 2 little kids. He answered all my questions, took me for a test drive and followed up to make sure I was happy with the car. The showroom was also very nice and clean and all the staff were very welcoming. I’ve really enjoyed my new car and will definitely be asking for him again for my next purchase.
Called mercedes colindale on the Sunday morning and had a conversation with the saleman James, I asked him if I can come view an E class coupe that I was very interested in, he gave me a time slot straight away and I was there. When I arrived i was impressed, it was a very clean exceptional showroom, the staff were very friendly and polite and most importantly welcoming, offering refreshments and assistance. James made it an absolute exceptional experience, he was helpful, full of knowledge and advice. He took me for a drive and showed me the car giving an honest review and answering all my questions. Not once did I find anyone their pushing for sales, they were all very professional. Once we got back from the test drive I knew I wanted the car and done the deal. James sorted out all the paper work with easy and it was pretty straightforward. Many thank James, was a pleasure, thank you.
I recently had my car serviced at Colindale and I was very pleased with both the outcome and the customer service from Sally. She was very helpful, friendly and sent me timely updates on my car. Sally also got the team to replace my brake pads quite late on in the day on such a short notice which was super helpful and convenient as she understood how difficult it was for me to come in for another appointment due to my work schedule.
had previously heard appalling reviews of the Colindale branch prior to the new takeover, however since the group branch take over I have definitely seen improvements in customer service and general politeness to customers which one would expect when servicing a high quality luxury car. A particular standout for me was my specific service assistant Andrew Stern who has been especially helpful for me - MB give the man a raise, he is most definitely your MVP !!!! I would highly recommend dealing with Mr stern as he can find all the answers and will not leave you on eternal hold Thanks Andrew for your continued effort !
Outstanding Service !!! After a small issue with our Van, Gavin & Stuart helped resolve it quickly and at best convenience for us. As a trading business in the motor industry they also made sure we was not stuck and offered us a Courtesy Van for the duration off time they needed Ours. Work was very good standard, Staff inside was very polite and customer services was outstanding. Highly recommend using this dealer, although a very busy site don't let this put you off..... !! Stuart, Gavin and the team will go out there way to make sure you are looked after. 5* Service
Just when I thought I found someone that was quite helpful. Then I met the lady called Sally, who was assigned to deal with my queries. Sally, was a good listener and a doer of whatever she promised she’ll do. She is proactive, a great problem solver. and highly professional. This lady found an answer to a question I had spent a whole year trying to get from Mercedes in one day! Made sure my car was attended to on time and all problems reported resolved within a day.. I will like to use this opportunity to say a big thank you Sally for all you’ve done and will continue to do.. Trust me if I had any doubt about services provided by Mercedes Colindale, you have succeeded in restoring my faith in the team.
Hi everyone ! I’m very grateful about Cristian Patrauceanu help and services! He was really lovely and kind! I chose this car because of him and I’m really excited about my new car! I’m always going ahead on his hand as I know him from previous job and follow him everywhere! He is the best employee ! I collect my car after service and the following day I notice that the air vent was broken so I try to get in touch with the service team but no luck so I had to make a new appointment in order to fix the problem with the possibility that I will be charge . I MANAGE to make a booking in april the erliest disappointed. not impress with your service to say the least G Fraccari

The service at Mercedes Colindale was absolutely exceptional. My wife and I completed a purchase and our sales rep Antonio was fantastic throughout. It took us weeks to make the decision and Antonio was patient and attentive, making sure we had all the necessary information to make our decision, as well as spending lots of time helping us understand the range of vehicles. massive thanks to Antonio and Sam for making this a fantastic experience.
