Me and 4 friends came for one night, Good location and friendly staff! We were more than happy with the rooms we was given! Although we was worried about the noise level due to the train line just out the window, but it actually wasnt a problem! We enjoyed our stay and got exactly what we paid for! Definitely more than likely to use this hotel on our next visit! To add to this, on the way home back to Hull, my friend noticed he forgot his Dr Dre Beats headphones and within 3 days, one including a Sunday he had them delivered back at home! Which is greatly appreciated!

Had a 'super' room. Super mag be stretching it. You pay for a shower upgrade and a Lavazza coffee machine. 4 pods for the coffee machine and a button on the shower head (to change between 3 settings) didn't really feel like value for money. Plus plastic glasses were provided as standard and we had to request an iron kind of feels like an average room not super. That said the staff were wonderful and helpful, the location is as close to the railway as possible and the breakfast (also an paid for extra) was good enough.

Stayed three nights. Reception was friendly and check in was quick. Room is a good size and clean, bathroom is ok but could do with updating. Didn't try the restaurant. Location is very good, close to the city centre and other attractions.

Came for the new year. The staff are always friendly on the reception and try to find us a quiet room. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was nice when it eventually came out from the kitchen.

Lovely, clean and comfortable as always. We didn't like where our room was situated on this particular visit. We were over the entrance (room 301) which was facing a very noisy club. At 12.20am my husband went to reception to asked to be moved but unfortunately they were full. However we were refunded 60% of what we had paid to stay and promised the quietest room on our next visit that has already been booked for new year. The music was still very loud at am 😴
