Great hotel in awesome location. Had our room ready at 11am. Breakfast buffet far exceeded any breakfast I've ever had at any other hotel I've ever stayed in. Love the courtyard entry way off the main street. Very comfy beds and the windows actually open.
The hotel is modern and in the heart of the city. The rooms are beautiful and well equipped. Our issue was our room overlooked the main road, the room was hot and the air conditioning was not working properly so we opened the window to let some air in. Unfortunately you also let in the madness of a city centre on a crazy Saturday night. Needless to say we did not get much sleep. The breakfast is very good which made up a bit for the lack of sleep but we won’t be returning.
Fabulous overnight stay with my friend. Check in with Nona was flawless, very warm and welcoming. Bedroom spacious clean and comfortable. Lourdes made sure we had everything we needed. Exec lounge very welcoming by Paul, Eve and Andrew. Nice relaxing area with great food and beverage. Thank you all for a great stay.
Great for a work stop over, quick and easy check in and out and the Gino restaurant on site was amazing the food and service were excellent. Definitely be back here again. 9/9/24 another visit and another great experience super quick check in followed by a fantastic meal in the Gino restaurant.
