We chose Quebecs to host ourselves and our wedding guests. It required a huge amount of coordination and Caroline made it so easy and special! We wanted a more personal experience than a chain hotel and Caroline and her team made sure we got that by adding gifts to rooms and helping with transport. The rooms are big, clean, and have character. Also the bar is open very late ; which was great for post wedding merriment. We would highly recommend staying at Quebecs to anyone looking for some personality and some great old school service!
Caroline and David are what makes this hotel what it is, neither could do more for you, Adita too is very special . Have been coming here over the years and would never stay anywhere else. You have three treasures, I hope you are looking after them! The rooms are first class, the breakfast is out of this world and the entire experience faultless.
This is one of the best hotels I have been to in the UK. There is nowhere better to stay in Leeds and you will have a fantastic time. The service from Caroline especially is second to none and I am very grateful to all the Quebecs team for making the stay so comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you!

Lovely hotel, very art deco in style. No room service outside restaurant hours. Staff on reception were lovely, particularly the lady on our checkout morning. The room the restaurant is in is lovely but steps up only. Food was very good.Rooms: 5/5

Stayed on 1st of December 22. Receptionists at checkin and checkout were delightful and I had a very good night sleep. My fav hotel in Leeds. Thank you Carlo
This hotel is not somewhere I will stay again !!! I found the staff to be rude our stay was not pleasant during our stay one of our friends came we booked him a room, at 7 o’clock in the morning there was a knock on our door they wanted us to settle a £457.00 pound bill for this room and drinks we had ordered as we was leaving we was charged another £40 then when I got home I had a phone call about smoking and the mini bar in our room and I was getting charged again I told them I vape not smoke but insisted I was smoking also in the conversation told me I had left a vape at the hotel, today I was charged another £59.63 and £59.64 and the £50 deposit we paid has not been returned I find this absolutely disgusting
I was unexpectedly offered an upgrade upon arrival to a principal room and had to pay a room upgrade deposit £50 - which has not yet been returned 2 weeks later. A chase up stated this would be an issue with the bank and it was made clear on a call there would be no further effort from their side to chase this up. The room was nice enough, large, clean with comfortable bedding, chairs and table, TV, ensuite etc and good lighting. However, the air con did not work and in the heat I had the window open on the evening - with this being city centre even with earplugs in the sirens and car horns did affect sleep. For the breakfast there was no buffet as you would expect in a large hotel, only the cereal/ pastries and juice etc with hot items to order by menu. Also would not advise relying on parking in near by car parks as spaces are very limited as another guest informed me during my stay.
We had a great time at this hotel. We booked the suite with the big metal bathtub they where so nice to us and accommodating m. It was 1/2 years ago already but the Lithuanian girl at reception went out and beyond her way to make our stay special. The manager was also so nice. They let us park on a little car park on the side of the hotel wich was so convenient for luggage just great. The room was stunning in itself and so clean. Breakfast in bed was 10/10 food was so good I would go to this lace over and over again. The staff really made this a special stay and the fact we came during Corona restrictions the hotel was very empty maybe just 25/35% of the rooms where taken and it was so quiet and calm really relaxing.
