A fabulous hotel. The staff were excellent the bar and food manager Ellie was outstanding ,she really made us feel special and gave us a memorable stay. The room was lovely and clean but the maids were just wonderful nothing was too much trouble. Always service with a smile. We are going to return, I would highly recommend. The shops are also close by but far enough away so you don't get any noise. A fantastic time.
Great location within walking distance to the train station and city center. The rooms are ok with comfy bed and pillows but probably will be renovated soon. The rest of the hotel is very nice. Buffet breakfast was also very good. We had an issue with our shower and the manager Larissa was excellent in helping us out and even gave us some drinks vouchers for the bar. Overall we enjoyed it and I would recommend it for a lads weekend.
The room was clean and has a great view. It's not very modern but overall the stay was nice, comfortable bed and pillows. It was a short walk from the bus station, and the city centre itself. The room service steak was very tasty and well seasoned. Even if you don't order sauce to go with it, it will still be flavourful.nnThe only downside was that the walls were very thin, and we were woken up many times during the night with people running in the corridors and knocking on doors. You can hear everything.
Here for a business meeting only no stay.nLunch was provided, excellent standard.nTea and coffee were provided with cakes and pastry at certain times, all of which were very nice.nOverall good venue although very odd having a meeting room across from bedrooms on 1st floor.
Wonderful spot in Leeds Dock. Well trained, helpful and responsive staff. Room service breakfast was high quality, prepared with care and delivered promptly with a smile. Rooms fairly plush given the very reasonable price. Minutes by foot to the center. Nothing not to like here! Parked at CitiPark Leeds Armories which is a short walk away. Thank you, Leonardo Leeds. I will be back on my next visit.
