My first stay at this Hilton was absolutely amazing, and I have to give full credit to Nancy at reception and the wonderful gentleman who assists in the car park. I was having an incredibly tough week, but their warm, uplifting energy and genuine kindness completely turned my day around. Nancy made me feel so welcome from the moment I stepped in, and her attentiveness and cheerful nature made check-in a joy. The car park attendant was just as fantastic—helpful, friendly, and radiating positivity. Their hospitality goes beyond just great service; they truly care about the guests, and it shows. Hilton is lucky to have such incredible staff!nnBeyond the outstanding service, the hotel itself was wonderful. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable. The location in Leeds was perfect—close to everything yet tucked away enough to be peaceful. Despite being in the city, it was surprisingly quiet, making for a truly relaxing stay. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be returning!

My confidence was immediately boosted by the welcoming staff, who went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and well-cared for throughout my stay. Every corner of the hotel exudes luxury, from the beautifully designed rooms to the attention to detail in every aspect of service.nnThe meals were nothing short of spectacular!. Whether I was enjoying my breakfast or a gourmet dinner, the quality and presentation of the food were impeccable. The variety and creativity of the menu options really stood out, and it was clear that only the finest ingredients were used.
Nice and comfortable rooms, amazing breakfast, helpful and very friendly employees. It's close to the main points of the city. On the top there is a beautiful roof bar, where you can see the full city around.
Well located hotel in the centre of Leeds. We love the sky lounge!nWent to Christmas dinner and dance which was OK, food was good although we were still eating at nearly 10pm, disco was OK but could have been a lot better!nRooms were excellent, as was breakfast.nWould stay here again.
Located in an ideal place next to the rail station and restaurants and bars. Only a short walk away from the main shopping area in Leeds. Parking is available at the hotel but as expected quite steep in price at £21.95 a night. Ouch but you are in the centre of the city.nnAfter checking in and receiving 2 free soft cookies, we went to our room which was lovely, bright and clean. Very comfortable bed and great views out the window.nnI recommend you pop to floor 13 Sky lounge which is really nice with as you’d expect amazing views.
