Good hotel, basic amenities and clean just what you need for a budget hotel in the centre next to the station. Would recommend to anyone, only issue I had was that the cold water occasionally poured out boiling hot water... Then changed to cold... Very strange.

Shower not working properly. No pressure and hard to regulate temperature. Room was cold most of the day. They switch on heating around 5.00pm. Staff were great and place is very central. Very convenient breakfast.

Decent size of the room and bathroom, beds not that bad. Although if you are planing to stay here while is cold outside, get yourself a PORTABLE HEATER!! We were staying in three different rooms and all were cold, complaining to the reception brought no results. Seems like running nose and sore throat at the morning is included in the price of the room. CONSIDER IT

Staff were nice, simple and quick check in and out. Room was clean and a decent size. Not any more that place to sleep but was all I needed. I would use again next time I'm staying in Leeds.

Decent and cheap place to stay for business. Wouldn't necessarily stay here for a weekend away as it's very basic. Walls are very thin so if you get noisy neighbours your sleep will be disturbed. Great location right next to train station and city centre.
