Nice hotel, good size standard king room, staff very friendly and informative, tea and coffee available in room with biscuits, Nespresso would have been better as offered by other hotels in the area. Good size desk for working on, with sockets and USB points close to hand. wifi had good signal and easy to connect to. No usb points or plug sockets near the bed though. Hair dryer, safe, iron and board also supplied in the room. Shower was powerful and hot with large head as well as smaller shower and soap/shampoo available.nEvening meal was tasty with good portion and friendly, efficient service. Breakfast buffet was good with a wide selection of hot food and some pastries/muffins, great to have fresh baked croissants and pain au choc still warm, cereals, fruit etc with coffee machine. However, the food could have been hotter from the buffet. Parking available at reasonable price for the area £14 overnight, but spaces were quite small with not much room between cars, especially larger cars.
This hotel was one of the best we've ever stayed in. Our stay at Clayton Hotel Leeds exceeded all expectations. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.nnWhat really made the experience exceptional, though, was the staff. Most of our questions and requests were handled by Louise and Amy, who were both fantastic, but every member of staff we spoke to was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Unfortunately, I can't remember everyone's names, but they all played a part in making our stay perfect.nnTravelling with three children can sometimes be challenging, but the team made everything so easy and comfortable for us. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and every request was met with a smile and a willingness to help.nnWe were genuinely blown away by the kindness and friendliness of the staff and will definitely be booking again very soon. We would highly recommend Clayton Hotel Leeds to anyone looking for a welcoming and family-friendly place to stay.
Everything was perfect. Every member of staff we met especially Olivia in the bar was attentive and polite. The rooms are clean and comfortable...best blackout curtains ever! The food in the bar was excellent and the buffet breakfast was also excellent and great value for money. The location is slightly out of the city but a nice walk in and plenty of on street parking if you do not wish to pay for the hotel parking.
Lovely smart and well presented Hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly and offered excellent service. The rooms are comfortable and the beds and pillows were spot on. Food in the restaurant was lovely and again friendly caring bar staff offering excellent service. Breakfast wasn’t amazing but more than happy with the buffet style breakfast offering. Everything was tasty and a good choice. I’ve seen better presentations and more choice but the breakfast wasn’t amazing fine for the money. Definitely stay again. It’s an easy Hitel to recommend!
My 2nd stay at this hotel and I will definitely return.nnStaff throughout are excellent, very friendly and helpful. Food is excellent and also a very good price.nnRooms are a little outdated and no sockets next to the bed. But they are clean and comfortable, one of the best nights sleep in a hotel ive had in a long time.nnLocation for me was excellent and parking under the hotel is easy to get to and secure.nnWould highly recommend
