Stayed on the night of the 9.3.18.. writing this review at 5 in the morning due to not being able to go back to sleep

I'll start with the most important part about the hotel.. the bed... I'm pretty sure all over failings could be forgiven with any hotel if the bed is good.. however in room 410 the bed leaves much to be desired.. as much as I love my partner, when I roll away from her I don't then want to slide back to the middle of bed and have roll away again.. 

This brings me nicely on the the springs in bed.. well  it's safe to say this bed has seen a bit of action in its time.. bit it's well passed its use by date.. I've got 3 springs down the right side of the bed that no longer wish to conform and are doing what ever the hell they want.. I'm doing my best to try and move to a more comfortable are of the bed but due the first point I made I keep ending up with a spring in my rib or back.. I will also add the noise this bed makes is insane. I feared I would wake the whole floor when ever I rolled over.

But I shouldn't of worried as if the other rooms are like this one.. the constant humming of what I assume to be the buildings AC system is enough to drown out any outside noise.. even with it turned off your ears are still blessed with bubbling and gurgling of other rooms waste pipes.

Another cool feature of the room is the almost see through glass door into the bathroom.. I believe the word is opaque.. it's a feature that I don't think much thought went into.. as when you turn the bathroom light on with the door closed it still lights up the main bed room, bathing it on so much light you can't sleep through it.

I'm sure there are nice rooms here but 410 is not one of them.

City centre hotel. Clean and functional. On this occasion the heating didn't work in the room. Having called the reception to come and see if they could fix it they said they yes they would be up shortly- they never came to sort out the problem.  Yhe room was freezing Customer service pretty poor from that point of view. Told reception in the morning that the room was freezing and that no one came as promised.
They will look into it ! Let's hope they do for the sake of the next guests. Luckily we stayed here 1 night. Location excellent for Leeds nightlife and shopping

Stayed overnight on 25/01/18. The late night concierge was very friendly despite my inebriated state. The room had its own air conditioner unit with fully functional digital display panel. A fantastic bathroom with spacious bath and shower facilities and the TV had Sky installed as standard with no surcharges. Overall a very pleasant stay.

These  photos are taken from the penthouse suite. The Park Plaza Leeds is very central. Close to the train station also a 2 minute walk to Trinity Leeds great mall for food and shopping. The hotel concierge very friendly gave us a huge umbrella when we went out in the rain. Romantic hotel great breakfast.

Only second to Hilton Glasgow. The rooms was amazing, all their staff was friendly and helpful and willing to go out of their way to ensure that you have pleasant stay. I'll definitely stay there the next time I visit Leeds. I thought Park Plaza was a 3 star hotel but with type of experience  I got, I give them a well-deserved 5star!
