Without a doubt this is the best hotel experience I have had in the UK for a very long time. The service wasn't just service, it was and experience. The staff are so genuinely happy, they love what they are doing and they are obviously supported by a forward thinking company that has world class recruitment and ambition. The hotel is beautiful, I could not even find when trying a fault (that;s never happened before) even the architect, designers and builders deserve a shout out! Cleanliness was faultless. Food was quite frankly gorgeous, I even chose a typically bland dish to test them, it was seasoned to perfection. The room facilities are way above the price tag and would satisfy the most hardened of traveler, business person or tech guru alike. I would highly recommend taking advantage of the valet service. Make sure you go to the first floor bar. If I had a hotel I would want every member of staff we met this weekend on my team, they are an absolute credit to the hotel and a pleasure to have been served by in our 'Temporary Home' for the weekend!! Well done

We’ve just got back from staying here and we both had a fantastic time. As soon as you walk in the staff are so friendly and helpful. We had the executive suite and couldn’t fault it, the room was beautifully decorated, clean and the bed was so comfy we both had a brilliant sleep. The shower is also amazing. We stopped for food and drinks and again all the staff were brilliant and very friendly, they couldn’t do enough for you. The food was very nice and the cocktails too. We had breakfast in the morning and the choice was very good and very tasty. Very happy customers and can’t wait to book up for our next stay.

Amazing place! Stunning room/venue, restaurant, service and food was spot on. Bar on 1st floor was great. Definately would return. Cannot fault.

I have just come back from a one night stay with my sister - we were visiting my son at university. We had a truly memorable stay - we were made to feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was delicious - well presented and extremely fresh with plenty of delicious options. The room was very comfortable - excellent bed linen, amazing shower and extremely large towels! I had a problem charging my phone but concierge managed to sort it out. They also escorted us to the train station (thanks Ben) as we didn't know the way - what service! We will be back . . .

Great nights stay on the ‘lazy Sunday package’. Hotel and staff are fantastic, we ate in the grill and the rib of beef was amazing for Sunday lunch. Hard to pick fault here but as a personal preference I found the Matress too soft for my me but still slept well enough. 10/10 will be staying here next time I’m in Leeds.
