From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the level of service and attention to detail at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and went out of their way to ensure every aspect of my stay was perfect.nnThe room was spotless, stylish, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed and more. I especially loved the plush bedding and the stunning view from the window – it really added a touch of luxury.nnThe facilities were top-notch: the on-site restaurant served delicious meals with a great variety of options, and the breakfast was a highlight – fresh, high-quality, and beautifully presented. The spa and fitness center were also well maintained and never overcrowded.nnLocation-wise, the hotel is perfectly situated, making it easy to explore the local area while still feeling like a peaceful retreat.nnOverall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’ll definitely be returning and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a flawless and relaxing getaway.
We stayed here for 5 nights and encountered a few issues throughout our stay.nnI’ll start by saying first impressions were lovely and the hotel lobby looks stunning and staff were warm and welcoming. I would suggest that reception staff inform guests that the key to their room is also required to use the lift as it took us a few times of just going up and down before realising, we also encountered a fair few other guests who were doing the same thing that we done so we informed them you have to scan the keycard but that just left us with a few laughs so nothing to be upset about.nnRoom was modern and bathroom was spotless however cupboard did have a lot of dust at the bottom, as if it was used as a dumping ground for the sweeping . Tea and coffee facilities were nice, there was also an empty fridge which is always nice to have. The bed was very comfortable and i slept well. The TV was big however very temperamental, Iive tv only sometimes worked, you could connect your phone audio but no screen share, there was no netflix or anything of the sort. We did query with reception who informed us some TV’s had chrome cast, some don’t.nnWe also encountered a lot of housekeeping related issues, Shower gel was empty, then when we asked reception for the bottle to be refilled 2 miniature bottles were left for the 2 of us, which for the amount of nights just wasn’t enough and they never provided any more so ended up going to boots instead. We also have clean sets of towels which were hanging up taken away then replaced with only 1 towel between 2 instead of the 4 we had already hanging up on the rails. Only some days leaving biscuits others not. Knocking on the door when we had a do not disturb sign. Just lots of small things that added up but reception was very helpful and they did try rectify any errors after we spoke to them.nnOne of our other main disappointments was lunch, we decided to dine in the hotel once however the katsu chicken burger was pretty flavourless and in all honesty not great value for money, especially with so many amazing restaurants near by that for the same price or less you can get something twice as good.nnOverall we are a little disappointed with the experience we had and Ive been stuck on if this was a 3 or 4 stars experience but I think id be lying if I left 4 just with so many negative experiences and the dust. May possibly return if staying in leeds for 1 or 2 nights to re-evaluate as the hotel is in a prime spot and as previously stated beds a very comfy plus staff are very sweet.
Location is amazingly central, rooms are spacious and beds are extra comfy. The staff and service were absolutely brilliant, they couldn’t be more helpful, accommodating and friendly. Special shout out to Dean and Sam - thank you! Also - side note, these coffees were brilliant, as was the coffee guy!
Good experience in this hotel for a 2-nights business trip.nPerfect location for logistics, big rooms and fancy entrance.nGood level of cleanliness even if furnitures and doors are a bit old/not well mantained.nThere were men at work in the front of the building, starting to make noise at 5am, not a fault of the hotel.nnSmall gym but ok for quick and easy training.
Great hotel. Arrived a bit earlier than expected and they let me check in early at no cost. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was a nice size, bed was comfortable. Bathroom very clean. The bedside lights were unplugged for some reason. When I pulled to bedside table away from the wall to plug it in it was very dirty behind, with bits of paper and toenail clippings. House keeping could pay more attention to vacuuming. The walls need new paint job and the full size mirror was just propped up agains a wall, nothing holding it in place. Bit of a safety hazard. Excellent breakfast selection on offer.
