I really wanted to give this 4 stars. The lobby-foyer is modern and beautiful - the rooms are dated, and the shower water pressure is dire. They attempted to go the extra mile by leaving a couple small cakes in my room as ‘Guest of the Day’ but they misspelled my name and the cakes had clearly been left out for several hours. Staff were great, but the place itself is - sadly - not.
Stayed here for 2 nights, good hotel. The room had everything that I needed. The location of the hotel is great, very easy to walk everywhere in town! Staff is very friendly and helps immediately if you have a problem.
What a great time we had with our annual Christmas shopping bimble!nnThe hotel, cleanliness, greeting and staff met our expectations and more.nThe location was good for the market and shopping centre,our room was amply proportioned, warm and comfortable and the amenities were good.nnThe hotel kindly and securely kept our cases for us so we could continue shopping.nnWe'd definitely stay again

I had a fantastic experience at the Hotel thanks to the outstanding service provided by one of the managers, [Morita]. She went above and beyond to make sure that the event which occurred during my stay was resolved, handling every request with professionalism, efficiency, and a genuine smile. It's rare to find such dedicated staff, and she truly made my visit memorable. With this sort of customer service, I will definitely be returning!
