Really friendly staff, nice room, clean and tidy with good sized bathroom. Hair dryer and iron provided. Big bottle of Shower gel and shampoo&conditioner provided. For me the pillows were a little firm, but comfortable bed. Good location, couldn't hear the traffic from outside. Nice buffet breakfast on offer.

The hotel is in a great location, (literally) on a roundabout near the city centre. The rooms are spacious, clean and fully equipped with amenities. The bathrooms were relatively clean but could do with a little work and, as a minor point, the baths are strangely swallow. The plumbing system in the bathroom was noisy and had this non-stop dripping noise. I informed reception and as they couldn't fix it immediately, I was transferred to a different room. As the hotel was situated on a roundabout, I was worried about rush hour traffic in the morning but that wasn't an issue at all. Breakfast was nice with the standard range of choices of English breakfast, bread, cereal and fruits. The only thing that would prevent me from staying here again is the lack of parking. The closest car parks are approximately a 10 minute walk away which can be inconvenient if you have a lot of luggage.

Well presented, clean, friendly staff. If I had to find a fault it would be that the food is somewhat expensive for what it is but otherwise an excellent hotel. Good for a weekend in the area. I was in a am business trio and stayed for a working week. Room cleaned every day. Breakfast was good, cooked and continental. Bar is nice.

Great location with just a short walk to town centre. Restaurants and bars are even closer and St. Marys Studium is only a 10min walk. Very good and large rooms. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Stayed here around Christmas and mulled wine and cookies were up for grabs in the foyer. Nice place will stay here again.

This hotel is located in the middle of a roundabout so is a bit hard to get in and out. Parking is non existent so have to walk a long way to reach it. But easy enough to find. The rooms are nice as always with jury's inn. The bar is really the standout point for this hotel, a really nice place to relax and have a drink before going out.
