Great dealership to buy from. Tony Hay is a straight up and down bloke who will give you solid advice on matching a vehicle to his needs. Unlike many car salesmen across the country, you'll get a straight answer, and a true one. Buy with confidence, these guys have a good reputation and strive to keep it.
I got my new car in a total of 2 days. Everything was straightforward. From viewing, test driving and signing documents. Tony Hak was great and he kindly showed me all the features in my car. Highly recommend this place!

I would just like to say the customer service I received from Tony was the best I have experienced. He was extremely helpful and polite in talking us through the procedure of purchasing our new car. I for one will be sure to use Sherwoods Town Centre Sunderland again in the future if ever I am in need of a new car.
Fantastic service from Adrian Burlinson. The dealership gives a warm welcome and I didn't feel under any pressure or ill at ease, like I have with others. Adrian is a pleasure to do business with, explaining everything clearly, with very good humour. I highly recommend Sherwoods.
Decided to change vehicles so I went to Sherwoods. I have had superb service over the years and so it was again. Paul Hartley was really helpful in organising everything on the sales side, including a cherished number change. He was very professional throughout and always timely in what needed to be done. Even more of a star was Hayleigh in the service department who made sure the car was in tip top condition and took the time to show me all of the controls. She really is the best example of customer service and the main reason why we use Sherwoods. I've always been pleased to deal with Sherwoods and this continues to be the case. Many thanks to all.
Sherwoods Town Centre were helpful because Adrian Burlinson is an amazing salesperson, very friendly, honest and helpful. He goes above and beyond to make car buying an easy and enjoyable experience. He's the reason we come back to buy again!
Had a deposit on a cat that had a couple of issues with the bodywork and a warning light on. Went back a week later to collect and pay for the car, and i was kept waiting with 2 kids for over 30 mins, and the bodywork issues werent sorted, no info on what the warning light was, and there was MOULD inside the car, then the salesman tells us we couldent take it away that day anyway. What a joke, i feel like they thought i could be fobbed off with a poor repair or the bare minimum.
Purchased a car in good faith off this company.. it was advertised with a price.. we purchased it at that price...paid for it in full and they refused to give us the car due to human error on their side.. it was a total breach of contract and we were told this by trading standards.. they didn't even want to come to a compromise... i would not recommend this company to anybody... stay away is my advise....
We are very disappointed to have our car delivered in a poor standard also finding out it need attention on the bodywork of £500. As we had put our trust and money in buying this vehicle from a large company , Totally not to be trusted!
