I have read some of the slight negative reviews regarding Pullman Skoda and I’m very surprised to hear what some people have said I can only give this garage 100% positive feedback. From being sent videos about the car I purchased to fixing all issues without any problems it was all seamless. I was very well looked after by sales team especially Stephen Defty who was superb throughout. Great courtesy car which was dropped off at my home address whilst minor comestic issues were repaired on my car was another added bonus. Great communication throughout, which I have no doubt will continue if I need to use the two year warranty that I was given. With the car. Would definitely recommend this garage. They have done all that I asked of them and more resulting in a great Christmas Thanks very much Pullman and in particular Steve
They mis-sold me finance on my car between 2020-2022. I am now suing them. PLEASE AVOID this dealership!!! If you have been involved with them, contact a solicitor right away – you may receive compensation plus interest!
If you are interested in buying a particular vehicle, I'd make sure it is still actually for sale as it doesn't appear that they remove vehicles promptly from the website once they have been sold. So I'd definitely check first before visiting - even more so if you've got a distance to travel.
VERY poor customer service not the first time I have been very disappointed can never seem to speak to anyone in any decent time frame and reception staff seem to try to be as unhelpful as possible so sorry I had to buy off these but Vic Young didn't have the type of car I needed his customer service beats Pullman's hands down
Spoke with Claire Halton from the aftersales department regarding some service information of a vehicle I’m looking to purchase. Very polite and efficient!
Don't let them wash your car, scratched my windscreen.
Booked my car in for some warranty work, the touch screen not working, when I collected the car I was told that they had updated the software and it was working. Within 5 minutes of leaving the garage it was obvious that the touch screen was still not working, returned to the garage and was told that the head technician would have to look at it but he was on a course that week and they would get it touch. A week later I contacted service reception and was told nothing they could do, just wait to be contacted. Another week goes by, called at the garage, same story, contacted Skoda UK, they were no help. Now as I write this review 9 months later they still haven't got back to me ! Luckily I took the car to Lookers in Newcastle and they promptly and efficiently fixed the problem in a professional way. My advice would be to avoid this garage.
Good sound advice from parts department for replacement parts for an old vw
Start to finish was a pleasant experience. All staff helpful and friendly. Lovely motor, good value, really put my mind at ease with the long warranty as standard. Couldn’t fault them, would definitely use again even though they are 300 miles away!
