Collected my car from Bristol Street today. I was very impressed with Stewart Gray who looked after me from my first visit where I placed my order right through to today when I collected. I had spoken with Stewart a few time via telephone where he had rang me to keep me updated on my order. I couldn't be more happy thank you Stewart 10/10 from me fabulous highly recommended
Mark dealt with us he was amazing! He explained everything in detail, and he went out his way to accommodate to our needs.! Would 100% recommend. By far the best in the building!!! TEAM MARK!! Update - The car they sold us. Had a embedded deep scratch that was covered up and revealed itself once the car had been washed. Disgusting and dishonest, i would not recommend anybody using MARK, or this dealership.
I bought a brand new Astra in 2020, had issues with the clutch less than 8k in miles at this point and the car had to be towed back from London after breaking down on the motorway which endangered my kids. They had the car for over 9 weeks waiting for a part to fix said clutch and now less than 7 months later the clutch has gone again. They are unable to complete a diagnostic until 2 weeks from now, slowing running down the warranty. They clearly don’t care about the customer once you have taken the car from the forecourt. I do not recommend going to this branch and I’m appalled by their level of customer service.
Walked into the dealer a few days ago not really knowing what I wanted but with the help of Kieran and the team I walked out with exactly what I needed! Can’t recommend enough; fantastic service from start to finish, keeping in touch throughout the process and always being professional! If you’re looking for something new but not sure what it is yet, get yourself along to Bristol Street Sunderland, you won’t regret it!
Brought a car from here today. Staff have been incredible from the time I stepped foot on the forecourt Adelle was my sales rep and she really took care of me and my family , she ensured we found the right deal and car to suit me personally , she bent over backwards from the get go I was advised approx 6 month wait for my car but less that 2 weeks and I’m in my car driving away ! Couldn’t be any more happier and will 100% be returning and recommending to friends and family

Went to Bristol Street motors sunderland to look at buying my first car Catherine Warren was great and helped me with any questions I had and gave me information on different cars. Purchased my first car and will be definitely using Bristol Street in the future
Useless with big work vans. Send the vehicle in for door issues, woman on the phone says Bristol street motors can fix this. Van was booked in 2 weeks prior to dropping it off was aware it had no door handle - van goes in garage, I receive a call.. ‘we don’t deal with these types of issues’ I don’t have time to be dropping my van off 25 miles away from home to be told the problem it’s in for is unfixable. I should of been notified about this before wasting my time. Same issue different garage!
We recently bought a Corsa Sri Premium from here with 1st class service from Michael and Verity. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Thank you!
