What can I say? Amazing customer service from day one, I called in unannounced, had no appointment, met David, a motorbility specialist at SEAT Pulman Sunderland and had a test drive within a few minutes. A warm welcome from David, all questions answered, no pressure sales, relaxed and informative. I ordered the car immediately, Seat Atecca. The car was delayed on build and delivery but beyond the control of Pulman. It was worth the wait. On collection, I was shown all the workings of the vehicle, there was fuel and car mats in the car. I was very happy with David’s customer service. I would highly recommend David and Seat Pulman Sunderland.

I was quoted £274.00 incl. VAT for a major service on my Seat Leon over the phone and therefore, I booked it in. However, when i went to drop the car off I was advised that this was a mistake by their call centre and that £274 was only for a oil change and pollen filter change and major service would cost £450.00 incl. VAT !!! I clearly stated on the telephone that I wanted a quote for a major service. I took time off work for a 20 mile round trip for this and what a waste of time it has been! BE WARNED AND DOUBLE CHECK ANYTHING THEY QUOTE SO THAT THEY DON'T TRY TO RIP YOU OFF WHEN YOU TURN UP AND WASTE YOUR TIME !!!
As always an exemplary sales and servicing team. This the best garage in the Sunderland area hands down if not the north east. They were super helpful and I got an amazing deal on downsizing my car which is about the 9th or 10th care I’ve bought from them.
Exceptional service from David Price, these guys were outstanding in delivering high quality customer service from start to finish. I cannot rate them highly enough, but David Price's customer service skills were second to none; throughout the purchase he strived to deliver the best service whilst understanding customer constraints and tailoring his approach whilst finding solutions. Having travelled 300 miles, On arrival all staff were friendly welcoming and approachable. The service from SEAT Sunderland has been flawless, the car was exactly as described with regular videos provided to give reassurance and a month later I remain fully satisfied and recommend SEAT Sunderland to All. Well-done David and the team and many thanks for now!
Went on a whim to buy a car. Very easy not pushy i had a problem not related to them went out of their way to help. Lee Hawley top fellow made it very easy went above and beyond to sort me.. Family owned company they wont let you down.

Extremely happy with my experience today. Had broken window buttons and squeaky wing mirror. Booked in the same week and sorted within an hour on the day. Amazing and polite staff in the waiting area to. Will definitely be going here for repairs from now on.
Bought many new cars from here staff are Excellent and friendly.
Had our last 4 cars from Pulman Seat and wouldn't go anywhere else. All staff are brilliant. We are over the moon with our Seat Atteca FR Sport. Would recommend to everyone. Thanks again
