Richard was friendly and was clear that lead times were an issue at point of ordering. I did have to contact the dealer a couple of times as I hadn't heard any news, but then neither had they so this is understandable. On collection again Richard was very good and professional. All in a good experience.
Very very good customer service from Darren Armstrong, down to earth lad and nothing was ever too much for him! And the valet off Evan Smith was amazing the cars immaculate and smelling lovely! Thank you lads, definitely be using Evans Halshaw again in the future.

Brilliant service from start to finish, arranged everything from advising which car I wanted all I needed to do was bring my car, test drive the new one and I was on my way! Amazing professional friendly service from Lauren Sinclair would recommend will be back when it's time to trade in again.
Was seamless from start to finish. The staff were friendly, plenty of updates and particularly liked the delivery service and the detailed email with video. Very helpful for a person who isn’t car savvy.
My car has been at the garage nearly two weeks due to issues with a repair/warranty and they tried to charge me 179.99 for the service when I found a special offer for 129.99 .customer service is very poor the way they talk to people there is poor .Don't know anything about the service as still waiting to get car back but eventually they did provide a courtesy car which they are asking to have back as they are short of a car at the garage .I would not recommend anybody buying a car there this is the second time since January that it has been in for fuel injectors .
Dacia kept me up to date with the order for parts required on back order to repair my car and orovided a hire car for the 4 months it took to get the parts which was a great help.
From booking in to collecting car the service provided was excellent. Beth was very friendly and professional keeping me informed throughout. Would highly recommend using this garage and will return.
Started to take my car and will be taking my van in for servicing when I need to, great service all round, mention to Paul for sorting everything out which I needed fast and best of all a good price. Highly recommend.
