Went to view a Fiesta st180 for my son. Described as a stunning low milage example. Arrived and I must be missing something as this car was anything but. Front end crash damage, previous theft damage, interior was absolutely disgusting with zero attempt to clean it. Rear discs completely shot. Scratches all over the car. Clearly been modified and poor attempt to return to standard. No service history or paperwork even though it was an appointment only viewing. Honestly don't know how people sleep at night advertising stuff like this. If you want a wasted journey then this is the place for you.

From initial enquiry, viewing and test driving the car to then purchasing it I found the staff to be very helpful and accommodating. I’m really pleased with my purchase and got a very decent deal on my part ex!
Terrible service, absolute con men. I was told the car I'd just bought had been through a fresh service and MOT, when I picked it up it had one almost completely bald front tyre, none of the washer jets were working and there was a number plate light completely missing on the rear, all of which would have been MOT failures. When I asked them to sort these small jobs, which they originally told me they would do no problem, they complained about dents in the car I had part exchanged, even though any marks on the car were right there in plain sight when he inspected it on the day he decided to take it from me. Said he would no longer do the small jobs for this reason. Would never use this garage again.
Bought several cars over the years from Alan, can’t fault his service. Very smooth and stress free. Would recommend
Terrible after sales never answers phone calls never received log book and personally spoke to DVLA who said never received documents, the v5c they supplied was old one and not up to date one. I would never recommend them to anyone.
