Went in there for the first service and the experience was great. Felt very valued as Mercedes customer. Was warmly greeted by the receptionist and then a staff took the car in service on time. Was served with coffee while waiting for the completion. Also got a discount for the replaced wipers both front & rear. Received the car back before 1 hour of ETA. Took only 2 hours for the service. Staff answered all questions very politely and patiently. Very happy with service!

Thanks, Disappointing Experience at Mercedes Sunderland Branch, I bought an approved used EQC from Sunderland branch on 17th Feb 24 after driving for nearly 5 hours my experience at the Mercedes Sunderland branch was nothing short of a nightmare. the disappointing condition of the car upon collection, every aspect of my visit left much to be desired.Despite notifying them in advance and arriving within the specified timeframe, I was left waiting for an unacceptable 1.5 hours before receiving any attention. When finally attended to, I discovered the car was far from the promised Mercedes standard – with spider webs and a general lack of cleanliness. Initially offering £25 to rectify the cleanliness issue. The revelation that the keyless go feature was malfunctioning only added to my frustration, especially after being assured it had been prepared to Mercedes standards.I was then offered £100 refund which I was promised will be credited to my account the next day. For the Keyless go, i had to then book an appointment at my nearby Mercedes branch where I was told that there is a faulty sensor. Which was then fixed under warranty but I had to arrange the appointment all by myself. Despite promises of a £100 refund , Even till date after multiple attempts to chase the promised refund, the Mercedes Sunderland team have failed to respond, leaving me deeply dissatisfied and regretful of my decision to purchase from them.In summary, my experience with Mercedes Sunderland has been nothing short of a disappointment. From start to finish, the lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer care has left me disillusioned and wary of recommending their services to anyone else. ————————————————————————-
Had a relationship with these guys for nearly 15 years. As a loyal customer, I get the impression they value my custom. Not cheap but you pay for quality. Helen and Steve are particularly helpful.

Just collected my C220 AMG Convertible as it was in for a roof issue. John service manager was just so helpful. Kept me updated very often & honest. Most satisfying 100% happy
Today my husband took our Brand new , bought Easter in for a fault on dash. Had to wait almost a week with this problem to get it checked. Had to take it in, leave it there....no one even asks if he needs assistance to get home , a pensioner, with a walking stick..Will cost him almost £40 for taxis.. A brand new E class Mercedes, barely 12wks old and he has to pay taxi fares, not on!!! Shame on Mercedes Sunderland, not even worth one star.
Sales staff very good, everyone polite and friendly. Mech and engine data not readily available but ended up ok. Finance a little more of a haggle and Mercedes Finance sending me documentation about finance payments when i had already settled my account.
We have been to other Mercedes dealers in the area who didn't seem interested in helping us. However things we very different at Sunderland. Joel and the team made us feel welcome, Joel is very knowledgeable and could answer every question we had. He easily arranged a few test drives. The visit helped me make my decision. I would recommend Mercedes Sunderland and will be looking to get my services there.
We had the best assistance from Carl Ross who looked after us throughout our purchase of a new car He went above and beyond our expectations…. Even helped us by phone from home making our transfer as we struggled a bit with technology.Can’t speak highly enough of Carl.
I’ve just recently purchased my car with the amazing help from both Scott and Sarah, from the moment I first enquired to the hand over, both have been super helpful and very professional. Honestly can not fault them and made my experience at the showroom better than i ever expected.
