This was such a good experience. After having our car written off we decided to pop in on our way back from looking around other garages. We were looking at a Fiat 500, a car which we had not even seriously considered. Manny showed us a few other cars in our price range but immediately offered a test drive of the Fiat and on our return we made most of the arrangements to purchase. Manny made the process clear and easily understood and allowed us plenty of time to check the details in the small print! He was especially understanding of the way we needed to structure our finance and quickly dealt with changes we needed to make. Don't lose Manny he is an absolute star. All of your staff are pleasant and knowledgeable, dealing with them has been a pleasure. The pre-handover preparation was exemplary and the car was handed over in nearly new condition. Our experience of vertu honda Sunderland has been excellent. We have never bought from here before but salesman Manny was fully engaged in us getting the right vehicle. A minor issue was rectified with a positive attitude and aid from the sales manager Craig. We are now totally up and running - with all the technology sorted for us by Manny. I was up from Worcester visiting my daughter when my engine management light came on my Honda CRV. With a 200 mile journey back John in the service department arranged for my car to checked over and the light reset. They would not charge me and even cleaned my car. To be treated like that was beyond my expectations. Thank you.

I have purchased 2 new cars and bought 1 used one from this dealership. On 2 occasions Faye Gillespie was the sale’s person and a very efficient one. The service department was as good as the sales side. Having used a local Toyota dealership for many years I found the Honda garage superior in every way. I can recommend the this Honda dealership it may be small but it’s customer experience lifts it well above the others. If you meet Faye that will be an added bonus.
