John was amazing! Reserved the car I wanted for a week with no issues till my bank loan came through. He clearly explained extras but didn’t force them on us and explained everything as we went through. Would definitely recommend him!
Where to start it was an amazing people at showroom specially Alex and John,omg they did a fantastic job top to bottom choose my car and specially tailored the finance on what i after and my needs and the brand ,I am so pleased and grateful for the team Alex and John, there are plenty to tell about them but i am explained just a little bit, I always recommend Nissan Sunderland to my friends and family for their dream car. Bought a 2017 BMW X1 a couple of weeks ago from Sunderland. Nice car and the transaction was relatively straightforward. This was a Monday. I drove the car back from Sunderland to North Yorkshire, all good. Came to use the car two days later but there were visual and audible alarms firing off constantly those critical alarms that tell you to drive directly to your nearest BMW garage. Uh oh, I expected to be sending this one back up to Sunderland on the back of a trailer and phoned to ask them not to do anything with my trade in as I would likely be driving back home in it. I spoke to team leader Alex who said to get all the faults remedied by BMW that's BMW not a cheaper option that insurance companies sometimes try to impose on folk, and that he would cover the total cost. There's no need to go into detail but these were three not insignificant and not cheap problems with the X1 braking system. The repairs were done by BMW, I paid the bill, sent the receipt to Alex and the total amount was transferred into my bank account a couple of days later. This is important, I had no doubt that I'd get the money eventually, but it happened within the time frame Alex described. So, this isn't feedback on a smooth, seamless purchase but it is, hopefully an example of staff at the Sunderland showroom doing what they say they'll do to make good one of their used car sales, and that's equally important. I'm particularly impressed with how the team leader took ownership of this and made it right. Thanks Alex David Rowe

A fabulous experience with Evans Nissan - can’t fault!! John & Lauren were seamless in helping me. I instantly felt reassured and could trust I was getting the best service. I would definitely recommend Evans Halshaw Sunderland as I've recently bought a car from them and the service was brilliant. John and Jordan helped me when I was in the garage and made it very easy to buy the car I wanted and give me an amazing price for my part exchange. The car feels brand new and I couldn't be happier.
After a bad experience with Evans Halshaw Renault I wandered into the Nissan Dealership where I was greeted by Alex Fulcher who’d heard of the problems through head office H immediately apologised & told me not to worry as he and his team would look after me and help try and right the wrongs of the previous week.. albeit these problems were from a different branch We worked on my requirements, he found me a car and passed me over to a great guy called John Newall who pushed on through thru with the deal in double quick time Within a week I’m driving a fab XTrail which is 2 years younger than the original car I thought I’d bought, with 10,000 less miles We sorted a deal on my car to match webuyanycar I got 2 years servicing, wheel tyre & scratch damage and breakdown cover I’m buzzing These 2 fellas really pulled out all the stops & I was treat like a Lord I know where I’ll be telling people to go for their cars!!!
