I can only reiterate and reinforce positive reviews of the Sunderland Branch of Mill Volvo. Although I live North of the Tyne I have chosen for the past 10 years to get both myself and my wife's Volvos from, and serviced, at Hylton Grange. The whole experience is made so much easier and more pleasurable by the helpful and friendly staff who advise and offer the best solution for each visit giving total customer confidence and satisfaction. It really does feel like a family run business and is always made to feel a pleasure to visit. With special reference to the service department I particularly value the comfort of the personal contact with the whole team from greeting to completion. The frontline contact with the Technician who takes responsibility from checking in the car, carrying out the works and handing the car back in a clean and roadworthy condition with advance information regarding issues to look out for in the foreseeable future under normal driving conditions makes you feel appreciated as a special customer. In 10 years I have had no complaints with the Sunderland team and wish to thank them all. I look forward to many more years of pleasurable dealings to come.

Wonderful to Deal with - I have been a customer for over 8 years, and have bought privately and on behalf of a business - and the cars are always excellent, the service is second to none, and the staff are full of helpful advice when buying a new car.

Great service today....car in to sort out small problem (under warranty) swiftly sorted and returned to us gleaming having been thoroughly cleaned too! Previous experiences with this garage always positive, friendly helpful team!
