My husband and i stayed here for 3 nights and we were very pleasantly surprised by the service! Everyone went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of and cheerfully so. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the building being small gives it a very quaint and cozy vibe! The location is nice for a relaxing evening after spending the day in central London!
Excellent hotel. Parking available, good prices, very friendly staff. 24h reception, room service etc. Bed was comfortable, shower nice and well equipped. E.g. I've never seen luxury wooden cotton swabs at a hotel bathroom before.
Location Great. Next to train Parking free. Amazing Room is BAD Dirty pillows. Mattress that is too soft. No Aircon. Can’t open window as ground level. Unsafe and next to rubbish and Carpark walkway. Smell of cigarette Staying alone for a day maybe fine. Not a room for couple or family
Overall the room was nice and large - it was a disabled room so a little bigger. The downside was the staff, they abruptly asked for my bank card and licence but didn't tell me why, and was more interested in doing something else. The wifi didn't work at all, which didn't help the smart tv for any of the apps. Location was very convenient for work which was great.
Stayed here from Sunday to friday, the staff were super friendly, 2 minute walk from Hendon central, rooms are all good, I'd definitely recommend it here if you're staying in London for work. Alessandro was brilliant. Thanks folks. Rooms: 5/5
Stayed a few times when in town for work. Bit more soul than a named brand and at least it's not two small beds zipped together. Good place to stay in my opinion.Rooms: 4/5
This is a wonderful hotel - the room was lovely with the most comfortable bed and lovely little extras like slippers and L'Occitane toiletries. The continental breakfast was delicious, with a huge range of offerings. It was lovely to have access to the pool and steam rooms at the gym down the road, plus a huge added bonus was having off-street parking although this is first come, first served. Finally, the staff can not do enough for you - they clearly care a great deal about the experience their guests have and go the extra mile to make sure everything is right. We will definitely be back.

Stayed in this absolutely beautiful hotel. We were there for a wedding, The hotel manager and staff are lovely and it’s a perfect location. Our room was comfortable and the decor was really lovely. We will be coming back to this hotel and when my family visit from abroad I will recommend this hotel, we will be coming back again. Thank you for having. Xx Rooms: Clean and beautifully decorated and though out. Safety: Someone always at the desk when you come in. Walkability: A 5 minute walk to The tube station Noteworthy details: Easy to find and parking on the premises.
