Hotel in a good location. Rooms were a bit cold but the staff provided portable heater. Although there's parking, we find it expensive at £20 per night. Breakfast great with vegan options, but no vegan butter. Overall great place.Rooms: 3/5
Location is just right from where we are going. The Hotel is stunning, very clean and the staff are very friendly especially Aisling great service from her highly recommended!!!! Our room is nice, good size and clean. We did find it slightly on the dark side as one of the tall lamps didn’t work and unfortunately no natural light as we have a brick wall outside our window. No big problem, and it didn’t impact our stay. Food & drinks: The ladies behind the bar were super efficient and helpful. Good range of drinks to choose from, and they even had some non alcoholic drinks available which is nice to see. Nice menu to choose from and the food was well presented. The food we had was really nice.
Absolutely lovely hotel we’ll be here again if we come back to London! Staff all very helpful and polite, Joshua made us feel very welcome at the excellent breakfast and the room for our family of 3 was huge! Very happy with our stay :Rooms: 5/5
Very comfortable room. Pritesh and Joshua ran a great breakfast service that served the usual fare. Arrived at the tail end of the morning rush so it was very relaxing. I particularly loved the filter coffee on offer.Rooms: 5/5
The complementary breakfast was absolutely amazing. Too bad you had to find someone to even know where to go. 2 PM check-in was a joke. Got in the room around 3:15 PM. Needed to book a ride and the early morning staff just walked away. 3 times I called from Canada to ask a few questions and was put on hold for over 5 minutes each time until I hung up. The times I called were not busy times. The pub staff were more concerned about getting the football game on the television than serving us, only 2 regulars at the bar so not busy. Waiting over 5 minutes without even a hello, so moved to restaurant sideboring and got served right away by the waitress that ignored us. The office staff and what seemed to be management team were all rude and disrespectful to me and my family. It’s really sad because the breakfast staff and the one female desk staff were absolutely helpful and friendly. Safety: Didn’t seem particularly safe when we got back the one night and there were 2 vans of police officers leaving the hotel. Walkability: Walking distance to the tube but the desk clerk in the morning wouldn’t say where to go or where to get tickets. Just walked away after saying to get tickets at the station.
I had a wonderful experience at the Crown London Hotel. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the facilities were top-notch, creating the perfect blend of comfort and style. A special mention goes to Divya, who was an absolute star in the restaurant. Her friendly demeanor, professionalism, and genuine care made my dining experience memorable. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, adding a personal touch that made me feel truly valued as a guest. Thanks to Divya and the outstanding service, I can’t wait to return to this hotel.
Myself and my friend, in 2 separate rooms, had a really good stay here. Our rooms were on the ground floor, spacious and clean. We had everything we needed. The bathrooms were nice with a good shower. We had a glass of prosecco from the bar in the evening. All staff have been helpful and friendly. The lovely Sweta served us at breakfast and was very courteous and pleasant. We did make use of the cab ordering telephone on reception, just a heads up ..the driver takes cash only, very helpful and friendly though. There is a cash machine straight across the road. Rooms: Clean and spacious Food & drinks: Good choice at breakfast
We recently stayed at the crown london and had an absolutely perfect experience The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable,The staff was friendly, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. The food was delicious, with a wide range of options to suit every taste. The location was ideal, with easy access to all the major attractions. But what really made our stay stand out was the exceptional service from the hotel team, who ensured that every detail was taken care of. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. They deserve 5 star..
Everyone there was super nice and helpful. That being said the hotel is far from any of the tourist attractions and is very outdated- leaky faucets, bot many outlets, one elevator was broken the whole time we were there. I'd still recommend it for visitors, just be aware of what to expect.Rooms: 3/5
Very friendly staff. Lovely hotel, clean rooms with no bedbugs! Yes i checked The breakfast wasn't all that great. My daughter & OH got sausages & bacon & it was covered, & i mean covered in grease & they wouldn't even eat them. However, there was only about 20 minutes left of breakfast. I'd definitely stay here again though. We came here with our 2 daughters.Thank you for a pleasant stay Rooms: Clean Food & drinks: Lots of shops nearby to get food & drink
